are you going to the march 4th bill J?

by jamesmcdonnell
Yes quite right J.

Boxingchat seems to enjoy lambasting people for not being privvy to every single detail of fights involving sports network fighters, telling them that they know nothing about boxing, all the while denying what seems like fairly obvious involvement in some capacity with Sports Network or as a boxing insider of some description, and refusing to reveal just how else he might have come across the inside information he seems to have at every turn.

There's no crime in being wrong, especially if you are not given the opportunity of acquiring the facts, which as we all know, is harder than a samoan handshake.

no mate ive had enough of the MEN.

its a shithole and fornicating miles away.

the money i spent on hatton zoo i could go to vegas.

so for a one off fight like thats fine but not to watch calzaghe.

it also a matter of time before that place erupts into a full on riot.
especially with the 2 am starts.

I've been to the MEN a couple of times. It's one thing going if it is down the road from you, but spending a few hundred nicker on it is another matter.

A flight to Vegas is only about 240 quid if you play your cards right, and the MGM grand is 60 quid a night for a huge double room. I'd rather have a week in vegas any day.

Honestly!!!

Flight for less than 300 and room at the fornicating MGM grand for less than 100

Where can you get a deal like that from??

Website??

to be fair though money cant buy a night like the zoo one, limo etc etc, but ill never top that so time to move on and see somethign different.

anything else would be a pale imitation at the MEN.

Flight STA Travel (and no I'm not a student) just fake a letter from Cambridge university, that's what i did, they don't give a shite. 260 quid into LA, then 35 quid for connecting flight to Macarran Airport in Vegas.

Rooms at MGM grand, standard double room, 99 dollars a night, booked direct through MGM grand website.

What is your hang-up with everyone on here? Didn't you get a new bike for your 7th birthday or something as you obviously have issues and need some counselling. Now run along and play with your toys you silly c u n t.

YAWN. Go play with the traffic.

Vindictive? Hardly. The only people I have had a problem with on here are you and Lirva and I think its safe to say the majority of people around here think you're a pair of twats, so do the maths....

At least I'm man enough to show my identity on here and dont hide behind my keyboard. Now I've wasted way too much energy on this ta ta.

If you have the extra cash, the Virgin flight to Vegas is the way to go.

Fly mid-morning, few glasses of champagne on the flight, find out where the hostesses are staying, bit of a kip and land at 1.30.

You are normally on The Beach at the HardRock by three, sipping a frozen cocktail and admiring the hardbody waitresses.

I did fly with Virgin, £260 quid. Had a whole row to myself on the way over, but I flew into LA for a few days, found it pretty boring as I didn't know anyone there. Then went Vegas, San Francisco, back to LA for last 4 days.

Think the whole trip for two weeks only cost me about 900 quid or so, though I did stay with a mate in Frisco for 5 days.

I tend to blow about a grand a day (although I tell the missus it is about a tenth of that :TU: )

I'm not really a gambler, so for me Vegas is pretty cheap, the only form of gambling I enjoy is poker, and that isn't really gambling as such, too much skill involved to call it gambling.

Would have liked to have brought a lot more money with me, but things were pretty tight at the time.

He works for Sports Network, he posts on here when he's not busy dealing with a Michael Pass 'hair emergency' (allegedly).

I've mentioned it before but i say it again 1 last time as i'll be picking up the tickets early next week and there's some space left.

I'm running a trip to this fight as it's the biggest one in this country for the forseeable future so i'm making sure not to miss it.

£275 - for a luxury coach with leather seats, toilet, food, drink, dvd player, hostess & a £150 front of balcony ticket. Leaving London Saturday afternoon coming back in the early hours of Sunday.

Pm me if you fancy it. :box:

I'm not up for it really but curious, will you give refunds if the 'unlikely' happens and Calzaghe pulls out? :o
