Well we all now know what DW was doing in that tent round the back of Percy Ingle.
Skelton did what he had to and won fairly easily in the end, at least 2 or 3 rounds.
Does anyone want to see another rematch? Wouldn't be so bad if Williams got in shape but that's not gonna happen.
Do you think Williams had weights on?
Come on how on earth could anyone think Williams won that he was abysmal. He should retire I think he disgraced himself coming into the ring in shocking condition. Game over for Williams!
Skelton is not pretty but at least he worked his arse off and had actually trained.
I seriously dont think Williams does any training.

I'd be delighted if he was 245, there is still no excuse for him not being 235 mind - He was 234 against Long, and I was impressed with him that night. I know some were not, but he fought for 12 rounds at a good pace... damn good, every bit as impressive as Calvin Brock, Chazz Witherspoon, Joe Mesi et al against a similar level opponent.jamesmcdonnell wrote:Well, that's around the 235 mark, I reckon 245 at this stage would be his best weight, he's probably filled out a bit, but yes 288 is over 50 lbs too much.
He was between 245-253 for his impressive run of form vs Francis II, Meehan and Potter but Meehan and Francis II were early stoppages and he did look crap for large periods vs Potter (his heaviest of the three 253).
258 vs Samil Sam - too slow/too fat.
Coming in at the 18 stone mark is okay for a Mike Tyson esque fighter who could only fight one way. Danny would never have to chase Tyson. He was brutally exposed as slow when he fought Klitchsko at 19 1/2 stone.
He should still be 235 (at 32 no real excuse, this was only 4 years back - he shouldn't have matured alot in those ages). I would accept 250 as he has some good performances at the weight and retains a lot of speed. Anything above 250 and he is fighting above his optimum weight. If Tyson could still make 16 stone after only three weeks of solid training at 38, then so should Danny make 235.
He should just retire and stop lying to himself and his fans. "I've retained my speed at the weight" - you lost your speed Danny at 258 (30 lbs, not 3 but 30lbs less that what you are now).
