As if it's not clear, that he's just having fun, mocking and teasing. Heh.
I dont think he is either, just wanted to make sure. But still Double M's comments were funny though.J-C wrote:I really don't think he is.RazorKO wrote:You cant be serious.DoubleM wrote:Statistics don't lie. Jones had a better chin than Tyson.
You must be on crack, Tyson never went down from a single shot it was always an accumulation of punches.DoubleM wrote:Statistics don't lie. Jones had a better chin than Tyson.
Tyson prime would have crushed Roy.boxbet wrote:I know this is not a fair fight given the huge weight advantage, but given RJ's blistering speed / skills i think this fight would have been very competitive. As long as RJ didnt go on the ropes, cos if he did Tyson would have crushed him. If RJ could keep moving for the full 12 rounds he may win on points. If Tyson gets in too close its all over. Any thoughts?
Who's Pinklon Tubbs?DoubleM wrote:Don't make me laugh, Barry. I suppose you missed Tyson's early career - where he was one punch away from being out cold from average punching Frank Bruno, or hurt badly by Tony Tucker. Bonecrusher Smith had Tyson staggering all over the ring at one point (although the rest of the fight was boring) and so did Pinklon Tubbs, and feather fisted James Douglas knocked him out!!
As time goes by and the more I think about it the more I believe the opinion that a wise friend of mine told me after the Tyson - Bonecrusher fight. In that Big Bonecrusher put a bet on himself that he would last the distance.Syntax Error wrote:I agree that Boneclutcher hurt him badly, but luckily for him, it was at the end of the fight.

And maybe that final flurry of his was just to prove to others and maybe himself that that what just maybe "might have been".
Alright, don't cry about it.sockdollanger wrote:no one should even respond to DoubleM because he is obviously trying to start shyt with his troll like antics.
Pinklon Tubbs? I think that sums up your knowledge quite nicely, mate.DoubleM wrote:Don't make me laugh, Barry. I'd say deliberate in that you meant to write it.................... but only because you really though such a person existed.DoubleM wrote:Deliberate
hmmmmmm, after careful consideration I've come to the conclusion that the result would have been the same as if Marvin Hagler had fought Larry Holmes. hmmmmmmmboxbet wrote:I know this is not a fair fight given the huge weight advantage, but given RJ's blistering speed / skills i think this fight would have been very competitive.
