yeah but no intent with jab, its just the setup
But he's using it to control the fight. No pop, but effective at keeping Sprott in range for some nice left hands.
much good it did him lol.

Very hard way back from here. Always suspected he had a dodgy chin too, the way he holds inside, reminded me of Wlad. Great shot though.

Ah well. He stupidly took the fight to the inside. It was all Audley at range.

Now they're talking Skelton/Sprott 2... which, if memory serves, the first time round was pretty conclusive for Skelton...

Surely at this point Audley must now realise the highest he is ever gonna reach is contender for British HW and no further?

Aud-leee got knocked the fug out!

Got to say I didnt expect that, but at least we know why he was cautious and negative for all these years...

That will be a very, very difficult loss to rebuild from.

All Hail Sprotty! He has taken foreign jobs too long - he sold a boat load of tickets and pulled off an awesome performance - he deserves some British based pay days now.

The only way sprott could win was inside, and he got in their and done the business. thats what i meant about the jab - you have to keep the guy on the outside by making him as afraidf of the jab as any other pounch you have. think larry holmes. Skelton/Sprott would be a good fight. Dont get me wrong im not fooled for a minute i dont see sprott as world level (altho he beats briggs imo), this proves to me how far below world level Z-force is.

Sprott says no rematch he is moving on, but Fwank says skelton rematch, then world belt for the winner

I reckon it was Audley's stamina. He was busy first couple of rounds and I think he fancied a bit of leaning-on for a round to two for a breather. It really wasn't a case of Sprott forcing the fight inside, Audley left the door wide open for him.
Sprott/Skelton would entertain, but Skelton was all over him like a rash in the first fight.

allegedly with his usual 'Winner gets a world title fight' comment... yeah, yeah, yeah, Frank.

Which is why you have to use the jab. What i meant was that Sprott took advantage of the tactical error (not imposing the range via the jab), did not make one himself by trying to work at range, and got inside effectively. Yes he was let inside, which reflects even worse on audley

Oh well, I cannot say I am too dissapointed with this result!!!!!

Just shows that Harrison is chinny, it was a good shot but not a chilling one and it was only Sprott (a relative non-punching fighter) who delivered it.

I went for Harrison, but in the third I was starting to change my mind - didn't expect that though.

Come on Audley.... I want to hear what he has to say - will he address the nation as he did last time.

Noticed Danny Williams ringside, looked in good shape for him in his face.

It makes you womder wether Audley Harrison had been KO'd in the gym at some point, hence his often lack of fire and commitment in the ring?

Audley was never that good, all of us who felt that the Williams rematch flattered him were proven right, I felt. Surely it wasn't just me who noticed that Harrison was practically hugging Sprott after almost every exchange? For all his supposed technical skills, Harrison simply isn't a fighter.

Still, delighted for Sprott, even though I've lost a a pony tonight. Felt he had a great chance on points, but to score a KO like that? No. Brilliant win.

I really cant believe that so many people were fooled by the showing against the atrocious Danny Williams that fought Harrison on 7 days notice. admittedly the finish may well have been unexpected, but in any event it would have been the usual negative crap from fraudley if Sprotty hadn't chinned him.

Fantastic result, thank god this happend now and we dont have to go another 3 or 4 fights to find the same result! :TU:

I was looking at Harrison after the fight and i did feel some sympathy for him, how can an Olympic Gold Champion fall this far from the tree. But he can only blame himself!!

Well, despite Steve Bunce's comments in The Independent this morning, I figured there was a reason that Sprott had that 'gagging' order on him, regarding the times he sparred Harrison.

I do agree, I picked Harrison but certainly wasn't to do with the Williams fight. I picked Harrison in a negative style fight which would have either on points or via an uppercut going backwards.

The reason is becuase I have seen Sprott crumble mentally and physically against bigger guys (Skelton especially).

I think Kastidis was more hurt after that one punch than Earl was ever... just Earl was too dazed himself to really do the job. Kastidis legs was stiff untill the start of the 3rd.

No real complaints if you scored the 5th to Kastidis - just thought Earl's boxing at the start of the round was enough. Just how did McKenzie thought Earl won the 3rd was beyond me, really was.
Watching replay again, i see your point, he did a bit of a zoo dance, but by the time vann let him go he looked 90% again, i certainly dont think he was in danger. And if Katsidis was that fcuked, would he have been lumping the rest of the round like he did?
