Another name is Michael Arms. Though he fought around 200 lbs. he would be considered a cruiserweight but so are most on the list.
Arms won a national heavyweight amateur championship (AAU) and started his pro career in Alaska before moving to Eugene, Oregon. He was a fringe cruiser contender and did challenge for the USBA title. As with many, his bad habits in his personal life caused a strain on his potential.
