Andrade only fought journymen and a former middleweight champ on the comeback trail. He's limited and Kessler exposed that.

Calzaghe would easily batter Andrade on points.

Joe only breaks his hands like once a year.

Joe's chin Is Iron and Is more proven than Kesslers.
not a chance in hell mate

Calzaghe's hands are like a biscuit

Calzaghe could probably beat him one handed.

You forget Calzaghe Is not human and Is a demon hellspawn.

He would go Lacy on Andrade.

He'd probably get no credit for beating a Mexican though like the hype Americans get for It though.

Why do you think Kessler Is refusing to watch the Lacy type while training?

Because of Duke McKensie?

He can mute Duke McKenzie though.

McKenzie was accurate on that night though.

Mikkel will be made sweet luv to by lighting speed flurries.

Now I am TRULY worried about you Max. Leave your homoerotic feelings out of this fight. You're losing perspective.  :box: :TU:

When Kessler throws a jab, Calzaghe will disappear In front of him and reappear behind him and then Mikkel will know how Lacy felt.

I'd actually agree with that if you are refering to Andrade here (and not Kessler).

I refer to Andrade.

:TU: Providing it wasn't his right hand, he would jab on the back foot all night long. Andrade isn't the quickest and I could see a similar fight to that of Calzaghe vs Jiminez.

Calzaghe stood right in front of Lacey and used subtle movements then punched.

You make Joe sound like a runner, or worse.
How can one be a runner If they evade?

Spinks Is referred as a runner but he's hitting back and evading.

I probably mean when Kessler sees the superiority he will see how Jeff felt.

Spinks Is very good and should of got the decision against Taylor but he no Calzaghe.

Spinks Is Witter level which Is very good level.

Spinks Is probably the best Light Middle.
However, if one moment you are in front of me and the next you are behind me you are either a) a fast runner b) a very experienced male rapist c) Paul Daniels d) all of the previous.
Or E your toying with your opponent.

I think Calzaghe's hands are like a gay`s hand,he slaps like a gay

You underestimate the power of slapping.

It Is used In many martial art forms.

Calzaghe's Is more like a palm strike than a slap. A palm strike that way doesn't knock you down but still stings.

This middleweight era has been pretty dull. Pavlik-Miranda aside. We need a Caveman Lee (one who can punch with well-timed power shots, not a Miranda) to spice it up, although Gibbs-Edouard gave us one of those great middleweight fights.
Cheers, Terry,

Anyone think Toney could have beaten Hopkins?

Wow! That's a some-what bold statement, mate!

Please elaborate on why you think Joe beating Kessler come Nov.3 proves that Calzaghe would have beaten Hopkins at any stage of their careers?

whether they shatter or splatter on impact, it doesn't matter. His hands would be wrecked vs Andrade and his chin right up in the air. For Calzaghe to win, he's exhaust himself, batter his own hands, take some hard shots on the chin...He looked like an old man after taking it to the rough Bika.

Because of his weird style, Joe often has to win the hard way. Andrade not right for him, and it keeps on going round that Calzaghe Sr wouldn't approve Andrade as the 1st post-Lacy opponent.

I think Joe Slap's style is suited to the smaller Lacy and the stiffer Kessler.

He got Into more a fight with Bika like he did with Mitchell, he didn't look old.

Mitchell came to win though unlike Bika who just held and fouled Joe.

The British army should extract a DNA sample from Calzaghe to create an army of super soldiers. But they need to also extract DNA from someone like Tua so the soldiers don't get brittle hands.

I think Joe looked old at the end of Bika, in the same way Winky looked old at the end of Soliman and Taylor fights.

IMO Kessler's taken this fight at the right time. He's younger, leaner, had more competitive rounds.

When you look at 'em together, Joe's a lot puffier. I think he has to take more weight off, obviously he has hands problems. All these things add up.

I know Kessler is also injury prone, but it's definitely the right time in this battle of equals.

It'll be great, but when both guys have to bite down and slug away late on, Kessler will win the exchanges.

What do you mean "had more competitive rounds"?

Since Kessler has lost two rounds in his entire carreer I would definitely say that Joe has had more competitive rounds. In the Bika fight alone Joe probably had more "competitive rounds than Kessler in his entire carreer.

By the way, I saw a car with the sign "AutoBarn" in the back window here today. Any afiliation?

I was listening to Kraftwerk the other month, LOL

Re competitive rounds - I mean, Kessler going in with world class fighters and taking his game to that higher level. Andrade gave him some hard late rounds, Mundine was competitive.

But I know what you mean, as Kessler has been mostly dominant. But to do that he's had to use his A-game. Whereas Joe, although he gave his A+ vs Lacy, he's fought down to Manfredo, Bika, Salem, etc

Kessler has lost more than two rounds Deram.

Lost 4 to Mundine and only 1 to Andrade.
