Obviously it's down to you guys and you guys only at the end of the day what shape your in when you fight, and in an ideal world , as you say, there'd be nothing to distract you from the job of keeping fit etc...
But I will admit I felt I'd been a bit naive when I read your post......obviously life throws us obstacles and in your case you've been thrown a shit load more than any one individual deserves and to keep it in check like you have and come back and do what you have just shows that you have great reserves of personal strength and some good people around you or perhaps both........and OBVIOUSLY you are not doing this solely for the fun of it  , but it is a serious second or first source of income for you guys and it was naive of me not to appreciate that too.
I have a close friend in the game who mixes it at a similar level to yourself so I should've been as aware as most people that sometimes the phone rings when you would probably prefer, in an ideal world, for maybe another 3 weeks notice but money is money and bills are bills, so don't think I was on here meaning that to make you sound unprofessional, as you obviously are (professional) to get to the high level you have got to.
Just thought I had better set the record straight on that score :TU:

ps. best of luck with your future endeavours be they both in the ring or out.
Thank you, come to think of it I probably over reacted, you have got a point, of course to an extent it is fighters responsability to be prepared and as always there are two ways of looking at things, I see what you was saying before more clearly

All I could see between Froch and McCracken's shoulders in the post fight interview was you. Arms crossed across your clipboard. You weren't even pretending to talk to someone or make notes:-)
