What a cop out !
Woolcombe v Portman.
Rhodes should have got this fight.
Headliner on the UK end of a PPV event ???
If it is for the British title, and I understand it is, then Maloney has done a deal on the cheap, and is yet another example of a Promotor taking the piss out of our title.
Portman ran a mile when offeed the Rhodes fight for Wednesday evening.
Woolcombe v Rhodes would have been a far better match up.
By the way, may info is that Jamie's injury is serious enough to need surgery. Can anyone confirm this ?
Al least Oliver's job on Saturday night is a lot easier now. He can stay with Khan.

Sky want their 3 title fights.
Maybe the WBU Light Middleweight belt is vacant and ready for use

Couldn't agree more twentysix. It's like I said on a different thread... if Moore has been 'persuaded' to give up the British Title in order for his promoter to save the show, it is again a case of business driving the sport.
Particulalry as Woolcombe and Portman are not the most deserving contenders.

The buck must ultimately stop with the Board for allowing this to happen and partly SKY for accepting it.
