Tyson looked invincible during the eighties. He behaved himself,and more importantly gave boxing a tremendous shot in the arm.

He didn't quite behave himself in the 80's, most of his indiscretions were paid off or swept under the carpet

Gotta go with Chavez who was just dominating at 135lb in the 80's and his early days at 140lb.
