I think in terms of a TV fight it will be attractive, especially in the pre-fight stuff. Gomez will be extremely fired-up for this one, and there's no doubt in my mind he'll do the close-up eyeballing of Khan to try and intimidate him, with all the (Manc accent)"forget the boxing mate, let's take it outside and effing 'ave it out there mate!!"
Unfortunately I see this as being an easy fight for AK, but we all thought that Alex Arthur was gonna walk through Gomez as well.

Khan early but it will be exciting while it lasts.

this is shocking news.we all know khan is going nowhere fast, especially when he starts getting in with the big boys...but gomez was clearly shot in his last fight.add the fact that hes a much smaller guy and the whole thing just seems mad. i predict khans next fight will be against barry mcguigan or jeff fenech...or that kid from last weeks documentary on child kick boxers.how can itv let this happen!just shows how much faith khans management have in him

Lets hope Oliver Khan is in gomez's corner!!!
spud, you have definately lost the plot and the nurse needs to seriously 'up' your medication, why on earth do you want the german national reserve football goalkeeper to be in michael gomez's corner...

will he help gomez 'hold a cross' better...... or... 'save himself from getting a penalty' ... or will it just inspire gomez to 'catch more shots' ....

F*ck me I can't believe I wrote that one!!!

Anyhow mate - to be honest stated to someone close in the camp - I don't give Michael much of a chance but I honestly think he will ruffle a few feathers and thats before the fight has even happened!!!

Stop Blaming Khan, this is all the work of SN.

Khan is taking the same route as Calzaghe took.

Sooner Khan Dumbs Warren the better.

Is this Khans Last Fight under SN ?

Or Khan's and SN's last with ITV. Maybe they're saving the best for Setanta??

Given the fact that Thaxton and Romanov have been expertly danced around, this is poor fare by all accounts.

What a load of sh*t - regardless of what I think of W arren as a person or whatever - nobody absolutely nobody can take away from him that he has EARNED the right to be called the best promoter in Europe - in addition he has done a fabulous job for Khan.

With regards to Khan and any perceived problems - in my opinion look no further than his entourage if that is the correct term.
