Are the rest of Hennessy stable staying on Sky? (apart from Froch?)

I suppose a whole stable going over to ITV wouldn't be great, as ITV don't seemt to offer that many dates.

I apologise I forgot about Brook. Having said that though, he's a Welterweight which in terms of fighting for a World title ain't going to be easy and is perhaps a bit soon.

Well, that's what allegedly doing the rounds on the whispher rounds of boxing writers.
How would you know... you are not a boxing writer anymore.

It is debatable that you ever were. You can't even spell whisper.

And I've got clippings of bylined articles in some of the best boxing publications in the whole world circa 1997 -2007. Debate that, bitch!

"Allegedly" it is 11 fights over 1 year, with 4 PPVs on Sky Box Office. Allegedly whatshisname thinks UK public is ready to throw down £15 a time to see whatshisface's next 4 mismatches.
What would happen with the Setanta deal?

Who's gonna be on PPV? Surely not Khan... how the hell are sky going to sell that??

If Sky are indeed taking Mr Warren back, you'd like to think they've learnt their lesson and will insist on higher quality match ups - especially on PPV shows.

There's not one Warren fighter i'd pay (PPV or Live show) to watch at the moment...

I think people would pay to watch Khan. I am sure the match up will be better now, the WBU will be binned.

What happens if he gets KO'd or beaten in his first step up? If they threw him in there with John Murray and Murray won, Sky would be fucked.

Sky did say they had some new contracts, we know that matchroom and maloney are there.

You could be right, depending on what journalist you speak to is entirely dependent what story you will get told.

I will state again with Warren, why move unless Sky TV are paying more than Setanta and Warrens mate is the head of sport at Setanta, Trevor East or something like that which makes me even more sceptical that Warren will move. But anything I suppose is possible in boxing!!!
