Agreed, though ironically it's still better than having suffered a sustained beating over a number of rounds. This way he can tell himself it was just 'getting caught cold', whereas he'd be struggling far more to explain his defeat to himself if he'd been outboxed and gradually worn down.

What are you talking about? There is nothing to suggest that the knock down shots wouldn't have floored "any" lightweight. They were good shots rocking his head back but would have looked better because Khan was flattened by them. And besides, that's not the issue, it was the shots that set up the knock down shots that proved he has a china chin - other lightweights may not have ended up hit so flush. Overplayed? No chance. He was out on his feet against feather-fisted Limmond and this downfall was predicted by many on here. I think you have something for Khan. Penpals maybe?

I was watching some Joan Guzman footage and the amount hes improved as a boxer and defensively since going to Mayweather Sr is remarkable. If Khan wants to be the best he can be he should ship out to the US and employ Mayweather Sr, won't happen
