Remember Haye suffered a terrible TKO against Thompson, his chin is very suspect. He came back stronger, so will Khan. This had to happen, he's too open not to get caught and people hit hard on the world scene - even if Breidis Prescott isn't a brilliant fighter, he hits hard on that evidence.

The Haye-Khan comparison is optimistic at best

The best comparison for the fight was Spinks v Tyson. Quick and painful. Like pulling off a plaster.

More optimistic is Ruiz v Tua.

Khan has demonstrated an inability to respect opponents and a crass disregard for tucking his chin down or keeping his hands in the same postcode as his chin.

He also lacks lateral movement, has proven very upright and doesn't move his head. He doesn't judge distance well and lacks any instinct for getting out of the way of incoming bombs.

I thought when I came back from work today that video would be gone. Are these guys promotion racism of something. Is anyone working today.

Oh yeh, apart from being as static as Gordon Brown in a conversation about the Artic Monkeys he claims to love he really is a modern day Pimpernell.

I swear someone could hold a sign up saying "shot coming, are you ready?" and he'd still get caught flush.

If there had been no hint of a weak chin before , then maybe Khan could come back. But although i've always liked Khan, he just can't hold a shot, on Saturday he was wobbled by a jab, this was before he was knocked down.

Everytime someone has connected with a shot high on his head , he has wobbled or gone down.

Of course there have been a few boxers that have been KO'd in the 1st round, and have then gone on to win world titles, but i just can't see this happening to Khan, he can't take a shot.

Loose comparison, there's many differences between thier styles etc...Haye does have a suspect chin though, not as glass as Khan's. His career isn't over or in tatters, he needs to tighten up and fight sensible. You saw as soon as the bell went his plan went out the window, running right into Prescott - he should be fighting on the outside, not bulldozing in like Hatton...

Do you know of any boxer's who've managed to improve their chin or is this something that's genetics and biology?

Cottos seemed to improve a load when he went up in weight, probably due to him not being so weight-drained. I think Hayes chin issues get blown out of proportion, but there should be an improvement now he doesn't have to boil 2 stone out of himself.

If Khans struggling at the weight then a move up could help his resistance, but as he weighed in a pound and a half under the limit I'm not convinced he has a problem making 9st 9

Good Q, its not just genetics biology but tactics:

1. if you tuck your chin in to your chest it probably can take 3-4times as much power than if your lift your chin in the air with a straight neck, if you dont believe me try wacking yourself in the chin with your chin in both positions

2. Getting used to being hit in sparring allows you to get better at rolling with the punches, slipping them and taking them. Its as if Khan hasn't had a proper sparring session in his life

A mother repeatedly raped in front of her screaming children posted on YouTube has sparked calls for the video sharing website to be moderated.

The 25-year-old woman, who said her glass of champagne was spiked by three teenage boys when they visited More..her London home in November, said the three-minute mobile phone footage of of her horrific ordeal was watched by 600 people.




The woman said she was unable to move, but fully aware during the hours-long attack.

"They just hurt me the whole way through. They had no respect," she told Sky News.

"Afterwards one p****** on me, like I was nothing.

"I felt dirtly, humiliated, ashamed. I did not want to tell anyone, did not want to do anything, I just wanted to forget."

Complaint

The mother decided to report the gang-rape to the police after hearing rumours of the YouTube footage, which was taken off the site after a local reporter complained about its graphic nature.

"Putting (the video) on the internet was an abomination," the mother said.

"I was raped on film and you could hear my daughter and four-year-old son crying. I cannot understand how any website could show such a thing."

A YouTube Australia spokesperson told NEWS.com.au the site's rules prohibited content such as pornography and gratuitous violence from being uploaded.

"Anyone in the world who sees content that they think is inappropriate can flag it and our staff then review it," he said. "If the content breaks our terms, then we remove it. If the police ask us for information in accordance with legal process, we will cooperate."

He said YouTube had also been used by police to solve and prevent crimes. In South Australia police use YouTube footage to identify criminals.

"YouTube is a community site used by millions of people in very positive ways. Sadly, as with any form of communication, there is a tiny minority of people who try to break the rules."

"Extremely difficult"

A technology lawyer with UK firm Pinsent Masons told The Times it was "extremely difficult" for trained staff at YouTube to control videos showing graphic images, with 10 hours of content uploaded every minute.

"In this instance - where you have a video that may depict a crime - there's no technical measure the site can apply that will prevent it being posted in the first place," Struan Robertson said.

"The only option would be for them to review every video before it is posted and that is unrealistic. What sites like YouTube need is a good reporting mechanism which enables content to be flagged to the site once it has been posted, and YouTube operates well in this sense."

Three teenagers - two aged 16 and one aged 14 - have been questioned by police over the attack.

I've got an ulcer at the moment so will give that a miss. He has a long neck as well so his head seems to hang right out there. Makes sense though, like tensing your arm and taking an punch and then letting it hang loose.

Khan must sort this or he's doomed.

The great thing is that the country can now see Khan's true value. He isn't world class. Ppl have seen him for what he is. They can disentangle the truth from the hype. Khan fought someone his own size, with a similar (padded) record as himself. And he got crushed.

It did seem Khan was an accident waiting to happen. What strange matchmaking. An unknown puncher. Khan would have got little credit had he won the fight. And he gets blown away for his troubles.

Have to say, this validates the forum somewhat. All those who knocked Khan's chin and matchmaking, who were pissed off being asked to pay £15 for an unpstart vs a no-name, all of us who "hate winners" (yawn) and "don't understand the business" (quack quack quack) were right.

Difference is the unknown Columbian bums that Prescott has KO'd are 10 times tougher than the well known British bums that Khan has beaten.
