Now and criticism or advice offered by anyone and everyone is gospel, he needs to change trainers, change promoters, get rid of his family, convert to Zaroastrianism, anything that makes a BIG statement
It has to be BIG or he's FINISHED!!!!!
BIG BIG BIG!!!!!!
Or he could just get back into the gym, learn from his mistakes and focus on the now
I never thought you would provide the post with the most common sense, but on this thread you have!
Why the eff do people want him to retire?! Madness. He has to come back stronger and learn from his mistakes, but retire at 21?

I don't recall people saying Rey Bautista should retire after being blasted out by Ponce De Leon. Khan can still have a big future and still has the capacity to earn big money, people are talking about him now more than ever and how he bounces back will be of great interest to the general sporting public.
He needs to change his style and become more conservative sure but I can't believe some people are saying it's too late for him to do that? Isn't that exactly how he fought verses Gairy St Clair?
I certainly be watching his next fight and so will all of you, so why the hell is he finished?

I wouldnt say he is finished exactly but he does need to set his sights lower. I think from what I have seen he is Euro level at best. Taking on the Worlds elite will end in defeat again, and thats for sure. Some of us could see him comming unstuck while others believed all the hype about being a world champion. I didnt think Prescott was the man to stop him, but I knew somebody would when he stepped up in class. The trouble is after talking about beating Pacman and Diaz and then getting wiped out by Prescott he looks a bit of a fool. He now has to be more humble, show more respect to other fighters who have already shown their ability at a level he hasnt yet reached and do his best. Every fighter needs to have confidence, but his loss to Prescott was due to lack of respect and arrogance. More respect for opponents and better defense will take him further but not all the way. At the top you must be able to take a shot and Khan cannot. If Khan still believes he can mix it with the best he is deluded and so are those who believe the same.

Are you comparing Khans loss against Prescott to Bautista`s loss to a genuine world class fighter with genuine world class ko power
And Bautista lasted almost twice as long as Khan did

Is there a gym that can put 'muscles on the chin'? - that is what he needs and there is no such gym!
Khan will be retired within 12 months.
He has skill no but NO CHIN at all.
I'm not a Khan fan but to say he will be retired in 12 months is madness or stupid !!!
Ever heard of Michael Bennett?
One time US Olympian - no chin.
Retired before he really got hurt.
