Both 100% that and Hopkins vs DLH were on PPV.
Also - if you want to look at some other US only PPV.
Sanders vs Klitchsko.
Trinidad vs DLH (essentially a PPV, it was on Sky Sports Extra in the days Digital TV was rare - used to get you to buy Sky Digital).
Holyfield vs Ruiz 2 (I think, one of the series) - also on Sky Sports Etc.
Quartey vs DLH also a PPV, but had a good UK bill.
