it may be edited like I wrote that ... but I definetly didn`t .. I think Khan is anything other than `a very good prospect and likeable guy` ![[icon_e_biggrin.gif] :D](./images/smilies/icon_e_biggrin.gif)

You don't rate Khan as a good prospect? Purely because of Prescott or another reason?tonyevs wrote:it may be edited like I wrote that ... but I definetly didn`t .. I think Khan is anything other than `a very good prospect and likeable guy`

I don`t rate Khan too highly because he has had the deck weighed very heavilly(to say the least) in his favour since he turned pro .. and still he has been shown to have serious limitations in the chin dept that will halt his progress into real world class.
Sure he may win a worlds title .. nowadays with the likes of Gavin Reese and Nicky Cook being able to do that it just shows almost any well connected fighter can fall lucky .. but win a title against a genuine world class fighter and defend it against one also ... no chance.
And as for a likeable guy
.. too arrogant by far.

Khan still needs to prove himself at domestic level, all this talk about World titles is nonesense. He needs a comeback fight fair enough but after that he should be matched harder and if he cant cut the mustard, he needs to be stripped of his star status. All this top of the bill at major events and PPV for a prospect is rediculous. If he has some tough fights and comes through, thats another matter, he will have earned the right to be a star fighter. At the moment he is a silver medalist who is not doing as well as expected in the pro ranks.
