Maelstrom is right. If Ingle had a role, it would have been in helping Hennessy to lobby the WBC for the Interim title bout to take place. They've wanted a final eliminator with Alexander or a Bradley rematch since Witter lost the belt. Ingle's good at his job but would not have 'made' this match in the usual sense.

Precisely. Ingle may have wanted the opponent - but Hennessy would have done the lobbying to get the fight made an eliminator.

I think as a rule King's shows are cheaper than GBP or Arum. I could be mistaken.

Correct on the former. Arum has really slashed his prices. You can see Mosley v Margarito for $25.

King's cards are always the best quality. Just look at the 14/2 bill for proof.

Just read on the current scene that they are trying to make Witter vs Mike Alvarado for the undercard of Pavlik-Rubio/Jennings-Cotto.....any truth to this?
