Looks like this is quite the hotly debated hypothetical.

Looks like a 50/50 situation to me.

50% of Williams ends up on the deck, The other 50% is sent into orbit.

I don't see any way Williams could win. Hearns oozes the class of an ATG, and Williams gets hit far too easily.
