You see I was still struggling to find an identity, opting for Match over Shoot, and sticking with Roy of the Rovers long after everyone quit.

I remember it mate, there was a fella in our town, Paul Green, who had that haircut for nigh on a decade. Or versions of it. I can see the video now, without clicking the link, waitress clearing up after the band etc.

Yeah, I didn't mean that to sound as harsh as it did.

Not calling Law clueless in general, just 'unaware' of Spud's history.

On top of that, it's one thing to take a little pleasure out of the likes of Audley and Khan getting a reality check, it's another matter when a fighter gets sparked who doesn't have their profile, hasn't spouted off and hasn't made the 7 figure sums out of the sport that they have and has to deal with the personal turmoil of deciding where to go from the spot he now finds himself in.

If his heart's still in the sport, then I'm sure all he'll want to do is move on without a snide fu*ker pointing at his pain with a jeer.

On the contrary. I am relatively well informed in regards Spud's history (on this forum, on other forums, and outside the internet). Recently he has been on good behaviour and is a valuable member of the forum. There's no doubt about it in my eyes. He can give forum members inside information on various fighters via his contacts and is capable of indundating us with news.

I think using the word Sparked is the problem.

I was really more of a 2000AD & Hip Hop Connection reader. I would have a thumb through whatever the mucky girls mag was that had position of the fortnight in it occasionally, if a female mate left a copy laying about. All that did, though, was raise my teenage hopes that all girls were well up for it (which may well've been true - they just weren't up for it with me! :D )

To who it applies to ......

Spud's this - Spud's that - F*ck me tell me something new!!!

Same names who think they are beyond reproach are the same wingeing and whining ****s, who say Spud's ruining the forum - when if you only look at your f*cking selves and your continued and persistant moaning and ripping apart of my posts or the sarcastic comments etc etc - have you ever thought its you who is actually ruining this forum - the same names even on this thread.

Many of you - countless numbers have had opportunities to have a pop at me in person at shows over the last 10 years - the only people I have come up to me are ones who have shook my hand and whilst there have been discussions about the forums they have been in jest.

The only time some of you have the courage is when you have been at a keyboard and think you are courting the favour of the forum by slagging me off - but yet when a lot of you have seen me face to face you are sweetness and light.

Stop your f*cking bleating and discuss boxing - or are you that shallow you seem to think it will court more favour with your forum mates if you slate me - wow what big men you are.

Spud I'll fight you but you will have to give me 18 months to get down to 200lbs, let me know if that's feasible :TU:

This thread is going in the wrong direction. I don't want to see any more unnecessary anti-spud sh*t stirring.

We are all adults, so lets act like it.
