I didn't buy the fight, but on the basis of what I reading, I badly underestimated Groves.

Not as controversial as some people say, but IMO shouldn't of been stopped, wish groves had just taken one knee

Groves has come out of this all very well.

I just think Froch would have won the fight. If it had gone on, it would have been another 10 seconds or so.

You make it sound as if Groves was unconscious on his feet taking flush shot after flush shot. In fact, he was throwing shots back the whole time and Froch was missing a lot of what he was throwing.

Froch was getting beaten up nearly as bad in several of the earlier rounds.

Froch learned as the fight went on. He started waiting for the right hand and then countering it. Shit stoppage, but Froch would have knocked him out at some point.

In someways I am glad Foster stopped it. Had that gone to the cards and Froch been declared the winner.... which would be as equally as disgraceful.

People are saying Groves' should have taken a knee. Carl would have been AHEAD on the cards!!!

Groves would've gotten a second wind and survived to win a decision. There, now I can tell everyone what would happen as if I have a crystal ball.

I think Froch would have stopped him there but this is a world title fight and Groves deserved a chance to weather the storm. Must admit one of my favourite sights in boxing is Froch dropping his hands and loading up power shots with glee as he goes for the kill. I felt somehow shortchanged.

Also, IF Froch was due to finish Groves, which I massively contest, do the Froch fans think Carl was thus deprived of a conclusive finish that would have had the crowd cheering his resilience rather than booing his joyless delusion?
