Tyson isn't active, hasn't fought in two years, is obese, has failed drug tests and his comeback dates have fallen apart. He's become a joke.

So whoever you want to consider the heavyweight king, it isn't him. Is it Wilder, who has beaten nobody better than an old Stiverne? Or Joshua, who stopped an old Wlad?

You said Wlad gave him a good hiding for ten rounds. You could debate who was up after ten, (Joshua for example threw more and landed more in all of the first four rounds, and if you give them to him despite them being close then he was almost certainly ahead), but there's no way any sane individual who say Joshua had been given a ten round hiding!

This is just more Fury-based bitterness as said many a time on here. People backing Fury over Joshua are absolutely seething about the latter getting credit and being popular.

It's hard to get touched when your opponent doesn't punch. Fury was wide open. He always was. Nimble for his size, huge and grapefruits. That's what he had, this heavyweight Pernell Whitaker his fans carry on about never existed.

It's hard not to hype a guy who's won two versions of the world title in nineteen fights having won all nineteen by knockout.

Over the top would be people suggesting he's on his way to being better than Lewis, better than Tyson, better than anyone. But I don't see anyone saying that. The most you see is that he has great potential (hard to argue with) but if he retired after knocking out Pulev where would he rank? He'd still be clearly behind Lennox in terms of British heavyweights of the past few decades, and there would be arguments to say his record was on a par with Fury.

As for his 'coronation' being premature, who would you honestly say would be favourite to beat Joshua in boxing at the moment.

Wlad wasn't the most engaging fighter, Joshua forced his hand. Fury was smart not to attack because he isn't equipped for that kind of fight without a size advantage. More power to him, it was a dreadful bout but I was elated seeing wlad lose. Doesn't invent new talent. Valuev didn't get hit a ton either, I guess he's Willie pep? Lmao

Ok, I'm surprised AJ Carter couldn't beat Wlad that night, or you. For that one night in his life, he didn't fancy throwing punches. Nothing at all to do with Fury.
