Never saw Allen fight prior to yesterday. Honestly, he never looked in it. He looked small and weak from the start. He did nearly 0 forever.

But, Price has everything to do with it. He through a solid, stiff jab consistently. The kind that a 6’9” man can take most of the starch out of a smaller man with relatively quickly. Price got done what nearly no one thought he could - win late.

Good for Price. I am amazed that he has stuck with it. It is not a perfect comparison but he is kind of like the HW Khan.

Great to hear that Allen is ok.

He was garbage last night, was fighting at a snail pace, and had very bad tactics. As Povetkin showed, the left hook is open all night long against Price, and he never threw it

RIVAS fought well and would give most heavies a tough nights work, but he was out worked and outscored.

Looks like he has a solid chin too. He knew he lost that fight though.

Whyte looked very good to me last night,apart from say Wilder chinning him i'd say he's going to be difficult for anyone to beat at the moment.

He's a good bloke, I hope he's earned well, he will get starched again if he steps up. I also don't get this (mostly Hearn based) rhetoric "Pricey fights are exciting it's either he gets KO's or his opponent will". Price hasn't knocked anyone clean out for 5 years now and so rarely throws a right hand

Some of his KO losses were scary.

I thought it was fair comment. Idiots up Allen’s a*se cos he says a few funny things on Twitter. How he was a 1/2 favourite fit that I’ll never ever know. Price was still 9/5 against with Paddy Power after 5 rounds. Madness. But Pricey has took untold stick off the twitterati and gave Allen a good schooling so I’ve no problem with him flicking the Vs to the two bob fools who have been on his case.

Now I’m not saying he’s going to win a world title but if a man whose whole career would have ended with a defeat is not allowed to say what he thinks in interview after such a high profile win then when is he?

I think it's a bit much to say idiots up Allen's arse. The guys a likable character, popular and built a fan base and it's also a bit unfair how everyone is jumping on the Allen is sh1t brigade too. The man hung in there with Whyte, Ortiz, Price, Yoka, all either top 5 world fighters or Olympians and he has no pedigree, background or world class schooling. He's game as you like and pretty much self taught from not a young age and never even been floored

Allen was favourite because of Price's chin and everyone wrote off Price and he won comfortably, so fair play to Price but Allen has no jab or ring IQ, so an Olympic bronze medalist should outbox him

I've never seen any real hate for Price here, everyone seems to like him. I dunno about Twitter but Price said himself he doesn't really look at social media so who cares

I enjoyed the show, all in all a good night of boxing.

Duffield vs Azeez was decent, Azeez looked very good and was just better than Duffield in every department.

Okolie was in another stinker (surprise, surprise) but it probably wasn't his fault this time, as his opponent didn't want to be there. Glad the ref stopped it as it was starting to make my eyes bleed.

Riakpore vs Billam-Smith was a very good fight, BS was the better skilled fighter and he boxed Riakpore's head off at times. Riakpore is nowhere near the puncher he is made out to be, but he is strong and quite heavy-handed. It was close in the end, I wouldn't argue with a round or two either way.

War CHISORA!!!!!!

Prisce out boxed Allen without even breaking a sweat. Allen just couldn't get past the jab, but it was still quite interesting as Price always looks one punch away from the land of nod.

Whyte looked good in the main event, Rivas was dangerous throughout but Whyte's jab was fantastic and he put plenty of work into the body. Tibbs got the tactics spot on and they were able to keep Rivas at arms length most of the fight, if not completely under control.

Whyte looked ok but let’s face it he was fighting a limited boxer ranked around 15 in the world and should have been expected to win handily. Getting dropped and tagged repeatedly doesn’t bode well for Whyte if he gets the Wilder fight
