Well they're both getting 50-50..

I guess there may be contracts you can sign to confirm the fight, without having a venue or date. What's been signed and agreed is that there will be a two-fight deal.

Canelo-Saunders has been agreed, date agreed, just no venue.

This fight needs to be in the UK, the atmosphere in the UK you wouldn’t get anywhere else for the biggest title in boxing contested by 2 UK fighters

Surely there’s a way to match the money over here, any ideas on generating more money for the fighters to accept a UK venue?

It's not just about venue, it's crowds.
They're saying likely June-July time. I doubt we'll be at 100% capacity by then.

Im still negative on this... Think Eddie will try do middle east or china, and Fury wont want to. Unless is Macau, because bob has a good vibe in there. Feel like fury will be stubborn on letting matchroom side get there way. and thats not a hit on Fury, i just think he wants to feel like he is the one making decisions. Fury will want vegas full crowds, but that wont compete with a 50-100 million dollar site fee anytime soon.

Think this 28 days expires with no progress... but thats just the depressing mindset i live in when it comes to "undisputed"...

Warren Not Happy That Hearn Revealed News of Fury-Joshua Deal

Frank W, co-promoter for WBC heavyweight champion Tyson Fury, is not happy that Eddie Hearn, promoter for IBF/IBO/WBA/WBO champion Anthony Joshua, provided confirmation to the media that a two-fight agreement was signed and sealed between their boxers.

On Monday, Hearn revealed to ESPN that both Joshua and Fury had signed the two-fight agreement - with both sides now working to finalize the date and location for the first encounter.

The first meeting is being targeted for June or July, with the rematch taking place in the fall.

Both sides are motivated to ensure both fights take place in 2021.

According to Warren, neither side was supposed to say anything unless a joint announcement was made.

“Everybody signed an agreement that there would be no announcements unless they were joint announcements and that came out the blue yesterday," Warren explained to Talk Sport.

“We are all not happy but it is out there now – there is nothing we can do about that. But there is a long way to go yet in as much we have to sort out venues. We have a couple venues we are looking at and that is where we are.

“I believe it will happen when they get in the ring. We’ve still got a way to go. But everybody is on the same page to make this work. We are all collectively working to get a venue sorted now. It is the biggest fight ever in British boxing, bar none.

“Two guys who hold all versions of the world title between them, both Brits, and it don’t get no better than that. It is massive. Nothing compares to it. I have been involved in some big fights over the years but they pale in comparison to how enormous this fight is. And in world boxing, it is the same. When you speak to anybody, all they talk about is when the fight is going to be on. Hopefully it is going to happen now and everyone’s wish is going to come true.”

Fury vs Joshua: Tyson Fury opens as nearly 2-to-1 betting favorite

“The Gypsy King” is the oddsmakers’ favorite as the lines open.

With reports that Tyson Fury and Anthony Joshua have signed off on a two-fight deal, the fight may still not be officially official, but the betting odds are a lot more serious now, and they are opening up.

Fury (30-0-1, 21 KOs) is nearly a 2-to-1 favorite over Joshua (24-1, 23 KOs) in the opening odds from both Sportsbetting.ag and BetOnline.ag. Fury is at -190 and Joshua at +165.

“2-to-1” might sound big if you’re not a much of a gambler, but it’s really not; in fact, these are about as tight as odds really get for big fights, not far off from this past weekend’s Estrada-Chocolatito fight.

For comparison, MGM currently have Canelo Alvarez at -600, so 6-to-1, for his May 8 fight with Billy Joe Saunders (+400), and Josh Taylor is at -225 for his May 22 fight with Jose Ramirez (+185).

The odds are about what you’d probably expect, in other words, and will be affected from here based on how people bet. There could be major action on Joshua, who has a dedicated fan base, which would drive the lines closer to dead even.

What’s wrong with all of them talking about it and promoting the fight?!

Bunch of egotistical wankers , trying a bit of one upmanship on each other ,, but it will happen it will not happen in the states or the UK , simply because too much money involved ,, massive site fee's the arabs will pay then add on the ppv numbers ,, and you could say a 80.000 crowd at wembley would equate to 30 - 40,000 ppv losses do the maths ..

If they had a joint agreement it is out of order for Eddeh to prematurely ejaculate his announcement
They had an agreement at the start not to say anything about it but both Eddie and Bob have been. FW should get over it and start doing something to earn his commission.

Eddie is trying to promote himself.
What do you think he should do? Keep quiet and stop talking about his fighters?

All he said yesterday was that both fighters had signed the contract. He mentioned it to his/AJ’s broadcast partner which would have driven plenty of traffic for them for 24 hours or so and sports websites/newspapers were talking about the fight again.
