Idiots booing Haye in the crowd, Haye being as gracious as possible not mentioning the fact he had 1 leg.

Even though he was sluggish, Haye without that injury was more than fit enough to do the 12 rounds. Very sad spectacle but credit to him for lasting as long as he did.

Cracking stream I found too.

I can't believe the utter shit I am reading here. Haye was on one leg for the last six rounds, for fornicate's sake. It's incredible he lasted as long as he did. There's no glory in this for Bellew.

jamesmcdonnell wrote:Well, redemption of sorts for Haye, wiped the Wlad performance away by fighting through an injury that basically took away his ability to fight back.

That's the end for Haye now surely, that achilles will take forever to heal up, and probably won't ever heal properly at his age.

Haye didn't look that sharp from the get go, timing was off, and balance too, guess Bellew was right in a way.

Had the injury not happened, it looked like it may well have gone the distance, the few times Haye caught him flush, Bellew seemed to live with it ok.
x2

Nice touch from Tony agreeing he's less gifted. Haye has rusted more than I thought possible and Bellew is better than I thought he was.

If that is an achilles injury, Haye's going to be out a long time. At his age, I think it's wishful thinking on his part.

Big respect to Haye for how he handled the defeat. He's not even made anything of the injury.

Why did Haye say he lost fair and square?

Was he injured or not?

Was this a SHAM to sell the rematch?

I appreciate he is trying to shake off toegate but it's really fornicating me off that he is not mentioning the leg. Interviewer should ask him.
