Hennessy is going to lose money hand over fist on this fight.

I'm not buying this, Ive bought every PPV in the last 10 or more years, I'm done with it, its getting ridiculous, 1 a month is unherard of now we're getting several, they can piss right off

With this being on PPV does this mean that the fight probably wont be on there to watch afterwards??

Unless YouTube are putting together some kind of increased protection against it, I can see this fight being wide open to be streamed on Facebook live and various other platforms very easily.

Im not paying for this - happy to listen on the radio on the off chance a decent stream can't be found.

Sky Arena is showing the prelims prior to the main event here. The prelims are free to air. I still have not booked the PPV yet. Like a lot of people I'm watching the news feeds making sure it will actually happen then if all goes well I will pay for it a few hours before the fight.

What time are the weigh ins today? There are still 7 fights unconfirmed so would really like to know if these are going ahead or is it bullshit just to make it look like there is about 12 fights on the bill rather than the 6 proposed. To be honest its the worse card ive seen. So i'm guessing ill be pissed in the bars before the main event. The weather looks ok so at least its a afternoon out in Manc in the pubs and a few in the arena.

Have a look at the empty seats here. The top blocks not open. I wonder if people will get upgraded to better seats so at least the arena will be compact around the bottom area. The last thing cameras want to show is a 1/4 full arena. The atmosphere is going to be pants. I know it.

I reckon there will be loads of streams about. In two minds whether to search for one. Not a fight I'm desperate to watch but if it was on a channel I have as part of my tv subscription I would watch.

They're blue seats right ? Would still get upgraded I reckon. Look at the floor seats barely sold any. Same in the middle blocks 103 and 114. They need to get people in there for the TV.

Just go in as usual and you'll get told by one of the staff on the door to collect new tickets. Heard people saying this at a couple of FW show I have been to there.

Well its fight day. On my way to Manc. Sat in The Hops in Granary Wharf Leeds at mo supping Yorkshire Blond. Plenty of Leeds fans around.

Equally, once you’re in the venue you can probably just wander down to the floor and grab some empty seats for yourself. Security probably won’t give a toss as long as you’re not sitting in someone else’s seat.

I wonder while sitting in his hotel room eating his last KFC bargain bucket it has finally hit Hennessey that he is about to promote the worst run heavyweight title fight in years. With added staged brawls at the press conferences and weigh in to boost sales. Bet hennessey will be proud of himself if he manages to sell 3000 tickets and gets 5000 ppv buys, job well done for doing jack all! Just hope Hughie wins tonight and jumps ship to a decent promoter who can actually take him to the next level and get him the recognition and money that he deserves.

Indeed, and the chance of it being someone else's seat is slimmer than Hennessy's hope of paying off his overdraft on Monday morning.

id really like to see this fight but dont trust the technology.. this should be on allegedly.

Some may argue he's already got more than he deserves , not excatly exciting is he , and his opponents list is'nt something to be in awe off

Geez, I've never seen a British involved heavyweight world title fight so badly promoted in my entire life. And it's happening in Britain.

It should've been an easy sell - the retired former number 1 and well known big mouth Tyson Fury's cousin fighting for the WBO title and if he wins sets up a huge big money all British unification match against Ayyyyyyyy Jayyyyyyyy.
With Tyson backing his cousin and jawing and making good copy.

But no. A pathetic attempt at 'rocky style' training press release that even the lowest IQ fan sees as a laughable publicity stunt.

A misjudged, premature foray into pay per view you tube show.... a risible 'beef' at the weigh in with a push from Fury.

I'm sure anyone in this forum could've done a better job.
