Ticket sales a bit slow for this?
It’s all relative. Frank says they’ve done 50,000 so far. That’s normally great but Tyson was saying they’d sell all 70,000 in the first day.
I read somewhere that Goldstar took 10,000 tickets and did so for the Whyte fight too. I don’t know what they sell them for but anything above face value would be really, really bad.

Out of interest I just looked and StubHub have ringside tickets for sale, is that normal so close to a fight?

What do you think the angle for that is? I get the Whyte fight taking a load of tickets as it sold amazingly so taking 10,000 at their usual prices, they could make a big profit. I think we all knew this would be a much tougher sell. Do you think they’ve paid the RRP on the tickets? Or has Tyson got a load at a discount as part of his deal.

Shane Watson (Joyce’s management team) was interviewed earlier. He said they would have accepted the Fury fight for December 3rd but it was never discussed.

Well they should have approached Warren.
Yu wanna discuss something. Initiate it.

Mick is nothing if not consistent in his defence of Fury, to the point that it seems a bit odd, but is otherwise a solid poster and a bit of a character and takes people's ribbing of him on the chin.
Stop being a c*nt.
Mickey is certainly loyal , and thats a fact , and a good quality i may add

That’s fine but Frank was saying Joyce was unavailable when it doesn’t seem that he asked, he just didn’t want to make that fight.

Joyce said himself that December was too soon.
Throwing him in with Fury in December wouldnt make any sense for BrickTop. Despite the Chisora fight being rightly scorned, they will do very good business at the box office and on PPV for an easy fight.
Frank can then concentrate on building Joyce then getting the payoff in a massive in-house fight with Fury in 12 months - IF all goes to plan

It’s very easy to say these things when there is no prospect if it happening (he knows full well the promoter won’t put these two together).
How can he just say ‘we’d have taken that fight’ without even seeing the contract?
He might find out, as AJ possibly did, that the terms didn’t work.

All fair points, but isn't the issue here that Warren claimed Joyce wasn't available as part of his narrative to justify the Chisora fight?

Yeah. It wouldn’t make sense for Warren, Fury or Joyce to take it then. My argument is more that Warren saying he wouldn’t have been ready for it when his management team is saying differently.

Your vendetta against a long established poster started all this. I suggest you use your own advice and take your taunting elsewhere.
Reading your previous posts, you seem to me a stuck up clever **** who seems to think it’s acceptable to goad a well established poster.
You drop your behaviour I will do likewise.

Jesus Christ don't be giving this tulip any thoughts of becoming a moderator. He has a long history of f*cking up forums royally whenever given any kind of authority. Doghouse, ESB, checkhook, the man has a legit talent of completely destroying forums when given any authority.
Mickey has always had Fury **** up his **** so you just have to accept that. When he's not on about the Furys he's a decent poster. When he's on about the Furys, you might as well be listening to Bellew talking about himself.
