What?
Khabib sided with the terrorists that killed innocent civilians in France. He said the violence was justified because Islam was insulted. That to me is a POS.
Yeah fck him.

Cub Swanson returns, fights Daniel Pineda at UFC 256 on Dec. 12

Longtime UFC featherweight veteran Cub Swanson will make his return to the Octagon when he battles former Bellator and PFL attraction Daniel Pineda at the upcoming UFC 256 pay-per-view (PPV) event, scheduled for Sat., Dec. 12, 2020 inside the promotion’s APEX facility in Las Vegas, Nevada.

Swanson (26-11), who turned 37 earlier this month, has not competed since capturing a unanimous decision victory over Kron Gracie at the UFC Fight Night 161 event back in Oct. 2019. Shutting down the jiu-jitsu wizard snapped a four-fight losing streak for Swanson and it’s not unreasonable to suggest “Killer Cub” is in the twilight of his career.

As for the 35 year-old Pineda (27-13, 2 NC), he parted ways with PFL after a drug test fiasco left him with back-to-back “no contests” in last year’s playoffs. “The Pit” was promptly scooped up by UFC and made the most of it, stopping Brazilian bruiser Herbert Burns by way of second-round technical knockout at the UFC 252 event last August.

UFC 256 is expected to be headlined by bantamweight champion Petr Yan, who will make his first 135-pound title defense against top-ranked division contender Aljamain Sterling. Elsewhere on the card, Ronaldo Souza collides with middleweight veteran Marvin Vettori, while Angela Hill and Tecia Torres run it back in the strawweight division.

Expect more UFC 256 fight card announcements in the coming weeks.

Conor McGregor vs. Dustin Poirier 2 | UFC 257 - January 23, 2021

On Thursday, McGregor confirmed through his official site The Mac Life that he has signed on for a highly-anticipated rematch with Poirier that will headline UFC 257 on Jan. 23.

The announcement comes on the heels of MMA Fighting previously confirming the fight was a done deal for the January date after McGregor had already agreed to the terms of the fight. Now he’s returned his bout agreement to put any doubts to bed and the two will finally get to face off again after first clashing at UFC 178 over six years ago.

Why wasn't that fight stopped in r1... or between rounds. Everyone could see he was done. Everyone apart from Herb & his corner seemingly.

There have been some really bad decisions in recent times, but that wasn't one of them. I didn't have a problem with that stoppage. Although, how unresponsive Wright was in his corner should have been more concerning to his trainer.

Chookagain vs Calvillo is hands down the worst fight ive ever had the misfortune of watching. I'd rather rewatch Gorman vs Kevin Johnstone than rewatch a single round of this absolute fuching garbage.
