I'm backing Malignaggi on points (2/1 with Bet365) and just hope the cards are fair.
Really can't get my head around this fight for some reason. I'm leaning towards Paulie on points but the price makes me feel as though I'm seeing it completely wrong.

Why back the points when you can get 15/8 on him to win by any method with Paddy Power. Given the fractional difference I think better to cover more bases.

I don't understand the odds for this at all. Malignaggi has fought at a much higher level and Eggington got out-boxed by Bradley Skeete a few fights ago..

I know Eggington knocked out Gavin last time out but he doesn't have great punching power in general and surely he can't out-box Paulie if it goes the distance?

That's pretty much my thinking as well. Paulie is the more skilled boxer and the only guys to stop him are levels above Eggington, and even then it took Garcia 9 rounds and took Khan and Hatton 11.

Danny Garcia on points at 4/1 is insane value.

Could only find 8/11 and looked yesterday.
i got 10-11 with betfair yesterday
Now 1/2 but the bout NOT to go the Distance was 8/13 a bit of an odd one.

I'm always loathe to back an underdog only via a prop as I have mentioned before, but I have to feel like I got a good price on his moneyline at +205, which is actually better than your points prop.

According to rumor Haye has injured his Achilles tendon and the bout with Bellew is in jeopardy. He's missing open workout and flew to Germany to see a specialist. There will be a *lot* of pressure for him not to pull out of this bout from the ego side with all the trash talk and the promotion and money side. This could actually be good new for us Bellew backers hoping for an upset if this is true and the fight goes on.

This is really old news now. Haye posted a video of himself on the way to the open workouts.

I don't know anything about Jake Bonallie, other than BoxRec says he's a debuting fighter fighting a 2-0 newbie. But I'm in for a small stab at big odds, why not?

Jake Bonallie (+1250) vs Craig Glover ~$30.53 for ~$381.56

Decent Amateur from Sunderland. Bit late to be turning pro at 28 but with odds of 12/1 it's got to be worth a small play as it's also over 4 rounds.

That was indeed a great price on Yamanaka inside the distance, BP. I couldn't find a line anywhere near that good even if I wanted to blindly tail. One of my betting friends on another forum somehow foresaw Yamanaka winning in round 7-9 at +300, so well done to both of you.

Garcia points
Malignaggi points

15/1

Also had

Yamanaka fight to go distance no
Eggington points
Thurman points
Haye rounds 1-3
Davies KO

70/1

I'm thinking of hedging my bets and putting a couple of quid on Bellew for mid to second half of the fight....not because I think he will win before you kick off. purely from a financial position and being wise, makes sense as I will be lumping a lot on a Haye KO

It is a sensible thing to do but I can't bring myself to do it...at the minute

Thoughts on a Selby decision victory at 6/5? I've not seen much of Gago but he's not been stopped before and Selby isn't a huge puncher.

I'm looking at Haye 1-6 which is 4/6 with PP, Selby decision and either fighter to win in rounds 1-6 Davies Matthews at 2/1

The only thing in the back of my mind stopping me from smashing into this is the thought of Selby being frustrated at the fiasco of the Frampton undercard and getting let down an wanting to take it out on someone.

Got Haye 1-3 and 1-6 as the last leg of various trebles and accas so worth a decent amount to me should they come in, preferably both.

Must confess to having a little nibble at the disqualification for Haye or Bellew priced at 40/1 with Skybet for each man, I would not be the slightest bit surprised if Haye or indeed Bellew did something and one of them got thrown out.

I've got him via KO. I think the gulf in class is big enough for a compassionate stoppage here.
