I like Williams in this fight and to me Smith hasnt got big power at the weight, I expect this to go points but good luck mate.

Williams decision/techinical or Smith Decision/techinically decision are both priced well.
To be honest the smith fight was the only one I couldn't decide on so just went with smiths experience, toss of a coin is that one for me

I understand, it's a real 50/50, at first I wasn't sure but after the weigh in and considering smith is a typical gallagher fight whereas Williams has more versatility. I had to pick Williams points.

The manner in the refs are stopping these fights early is worrying me, in terms of my Adams bet. The Thompson, Butler and Dubois fights are ended after the first knockdown or first real sign of the opponent getting hurt.

According to the judges he wasn't. They only had Williams 1 point up. I had him by 4 or 5. I'm pretty sure Williams was going to lose that fight on points going by how the judges were scoring it...

Not a bet or anything, but avoid creating an account with "ComeOn!" , they were awful to deal with earlier today. Advertised a "deposit £10 get a £10 free bet" introductory offer, when their actual offer was "bet £10 for a free £10 bet" (VERY DIFFERENT THINGS), refused to allow my partner to withdraw her initial deposit and close the account (which was only opened on the basis of that offer).

Terrible stuff.

Still I'm in at 2s.

The Williams/Smith bout really should have been stopped by the doctor after the headbutt and gone to a technical decision for Williams. I thought he was up by more than the one point that the judges apparently had it and he would have won that decision even if only up one point on each scorecard. If the referee called that a headbutt in the moment-which I believe he did- then the doctor should have gotten in the Williams corner before they threw in the towel and the corner should have been savvy enough to wait for that.

No strong leans because I'm not as familiar with these boxers as I would like to be, but couple small underdog plays for action on the FS1 card tonight:

Saul Corral (+1500) vs Josesito Lopez ~$30.00 for ~$450.00
Andrey Klimov (+370) vs Alejandro Luna $25.00 for $92.50

Actually after looking into it a little more I doubled my bet on Klimov. This is apparently a step up for Luna:

Saul Corral (+1500) vs Josesito Lopez ~$30.00 for ~$450.00
Andrey Klimov (+370) vs Alejandro Luna $50.00 for $185.00

Anyone else think that Ian butcher being a 10-1 underdog to Charlie Edwards on the burns show is a bit off ?

The debacle with Williams would have put me in profit if that went to a technical decision after the headbutt like I expected instead of a TKO for Smith. I'll be on Williams again next time, probably at a worse price unfortunately. Anyway, small action this week and only a small loss. On to next week.

Weekend Results

Petr Petrov (+424) vs Terry Flanagan ~$42.00 for ~$178.08= -~$42.00
Petr Petrov/Terry Flanagan starts round 11 (-147) ~$60.00 for ~$40.82= ~$40.82
Liam Williams (-103) vs Liam Smith ~$124.80 for ~$121.17= -~$124.80
Liam Williams/Liam Smith Draw (+1800) ~$6.00 for ~$108.00= -~$6.00
Martin Gethin (+1100) vs Jack Catterall $25.00 for $275.00= -$25.00
Nicola Adams Points Victory Or Technical Decision (+200) vs Virginia Noemi Carcamo ~$30.00 for ~$60.00= ~$60.00

Vasyl Lomachenko wins in round 7-12 (+188) vs Jason Sosa ~$36.00 ~$67.68= -~$67.68
Oleksandr Usyk/Michael Hunter doesn't start round 9 (+100) ~$60.00 for ~$60.00= -~$60.00
Oleksandr Gvozdyk wins by KO/TKO/DQ ( -110) vs Yunieski Gonzalez ~$62.40 for ~$56.73= -~$56.73

Saul Corral (+1500) vs Josesito Lopez ~$30.00 for ~$450.00= -~$30.00
Andrey Klimov (+370) vs Alejandro Luna $50.00 for $185.00= -$50.00

Total Loss= -$112.57
