Dana loves a Scouser fighter…… Darren Till was never convincing, White just wanted a new Bisping…. Now with Paddy he has a new Darren Till

Ban them but bring back soccer kicks, head butts, stamps, knees and kicks when on a knee.

Had to look up what brought on this question. The type of kick that that has worried me, and surprised its actually taken this long to rear its head, disappointed it came from Roundtree, as i quite like him.

With enough power its the type of kick that can potentially hyper-extend the knee and cripple someone. Not a fan of it myself, but there is a world of difference between the Roundtree kick and the ones Jones is known for, not sure you could ban one and not the other. If anything it should be highly frowned upon, wouldnt like these type of stoppages to be a common occurance.

I've always felt like nut shots should be allowed. People go on and on about who has the biggest cajones, so lets see then. Who can gut it out more than the other fellow. Who has true balls of steel!

In the original UFCs nut shots were allowed I think. Though the fighters wore protectors

I'm not sure. I thought not..... but not sure. You could pull people by the hair too. I remember this guy with a blonde ponytail being pulled about

That might have been Royce vs Kimo. For a period I think hair pulling was the only offence Royce could muster as he was getting mauled by Kimo

Oblique kicks can be devastating with the right combo of timing and power (Rountree is a rare freak), but they invalidate without fouling sensible body parts (you can still fight after a finger in the eye or a shot to the groin, but they are a serious handicap in the while). Heck, I think they should legalize knees to the ground and 6-to-12 elbows... landing them shows you are a superior fighter, not a criminal.

We know Nick Diaz is a character but he sounded totally lost in his last interview. Darn.
