Yeah, I was pleasantly surprised when they came back from commercial and told us that Gamboa quit on the stool! What a fall for that boxer. Career is probably over on any serious level. Castellanos was about the only bettable underdog I'm not on this weekend unfortunately! Wish I hit him at +1400 as I often do, even small. But the under cashed in the main event and Rojas also came through as a small underdog so hopefully the dogs keep barking this weekend.

Got Alvarez decision at just under 2/1 on betfair exchange, hedged with Alvarez ko 7-12 at 5/2 I think that's easy money imo. I'll also throw Chavez jr ko 7-12 at 20/1 in case of a freak ko happens.

I know that most expect Canelo to win easily tonight, but one of the popular American facing books Bookmaker has some sick value lines with Chavez split & majority decision props at a whopping +6600 and +10000 respectively. This, compared to +1175 and +2800 for the same props at 5Dimes for example. As a gambler, I had to throw some on these lines.

Yes they do have them but they are tight as a nuns anus.

I bet 8 on sd at 66 and 5 on md at 100 for jcc jr. Thats the max theybwould let me bet. Ppl say canelo is where the money is in vegas but chavez sr fought in vegas as well wouldnt surprise me if this fight is close!

He signed a contract with warren who believes in his great future. Odds are 3/1. And he can win by points I guess.

Yep, he is 23. But Jazza already has loses in this division and no future there. If ward wants to continue his boxing career at the higher level, he must win.

Hang on, not too sure on that. A loss at 23 isn't going to kill his career. James DeGale lost to George Groves early in his career and Anthony Crolla lost to Yousef Al Hamidi.

Not disputing Ward isn't value but I'm not having it's the end of the road and a must win for him

Does anyone see value in Kiko Martinez? Yes he seems to have been around forever, and despite looking 45 is only 31... he can punch and Warrington has only 5 Kos in 24 fights. I've never seen Warrington (to my memory) so not sure how good he is. Martinez hasn't won a big fight since 2014 so maybe he's shot....

But you can get 9-1 on him.... is it worth a fiver? Anyone seen him fight? Cheers

I was also thinking this. Plenty boxers have lost at earlier stages of their career. Lee Selby to throw in another.
