I think it was after the Canelo fight. Bjs dad was roughed up by security ringside. Tyson was there in Versace shirt and didn't get involved . The security guard clearly didn’t know who BJ’s dad and the way he got up and tried to get in the ring, any security would have done the same.

Sounds more likely than my assumption.

Cain Velasquez arrested on attempted murder.
I hear it was self defence.

Re: MMA
i read that he was hunting down some dude who allegedly abused kids at a day care, but ended up shooting a different guy. ...perhaps bad aim or mistaken identity? doesnt really seem like self defense if that's true, more like an attempted revenge killing gone bad.......highlighting one of problems with vigilante justice.
details still vague though. he looked rough in the photos i saw

Re: MMA
I'm not going to rag on Cain as I might do the same if I was in the same position. We all know vigilante justice isn't ideal but when someone does something to one of your family members who knows how you will react. The guy Cain was trying to kill is a real lowlife:

Re: MMA
I understand the rage Cain had, but he did this in a stupid way that put a lot of people at risk aside from the guy he was targeting (who he didnt even hit)
Can't find anything to suggest the stepfather who took the bullets was involved in abuse, and with a bunch of shots being fired in a busy area and a high speed chase it could've ended a lot worse for people who had nothing to do with the issue
vigilante justice is just too chaotic and prone to f@ck ups

Yeah, he didn't think it through. He could have waited to catch the guy all alone some night and no one would have been the wiser.margaret thatcher wrote: ↑02 Mar 2022, 21:06 I understand the rage Cain had, but he did this in a stupid way that put a lot of people at risk aside from the guy he was targeting (who he didnt even hit)
