I have put £500 on may.... but I'm scared there's some sort of agreement or WWE script.
Same mate. Bookies aint daft and 2/7 seems like printing money which it would be if it was a fair playing field

3/10 available with Bet365. I still expect 1/3 before the fight. Try and lump on with a bookie that voids No Contest and Technical Draw such as PP or SkyBet

54% of the money has gone on mcgregor for the fight.

Tumbling prices can happen when a popular fighter is involved for no there reason than the bookies run scared

Thinking of emptying the clips on floyd inside 4 at 6/1.

Seriously, it's going to take like 30 seconds for him to work this guy out. Floyd not being a puncher isn't a factor.

Don't all bookies void no contests? And Bet365 refund on any draw

No not if a market is offered on No Contest. Bet365 DO NOT refund any draw.

McGregor has an excellent chin. I think he can take a lot of punishment.

Bet365's main market is two-way Mayweather or McGregor, they refund the draw on that.

If you bet Mayweather by KO in their five-way market with the draw, they won't refund the draw on that.

they do on straight wins. Got lucky on it in the Crolla Perez first fight thought I'd done my money logged on next day and my stake had been refunded.

I don't think it's that, more that I can see McGregor being absolutely exhausted after four rounds or so. I know they're different sports but his average time spent actually fighting over his last half dozen or so fights is probably inside two or three rounds of boxing. MMA is far more a sprint type event than boxing and he's going to use up a lot of energy swinging and missing, not least the nervous energy he must be building up; it's one thing to say he has nothing to lose but getting repeatedly hit in the face and made to look stupid will have crossed his mind.

I can see Mayweather landing absolutely whenever he wants to after three rounds or so and McGregor having absolutely no success at all, before his corner pull him out or the doctor advises he's just taking too much punishment.

I asked an advisor via live chat and he said they pay out standard draw and Majority Draw but not technical draw.

I feel the same I don't bet normally but it seems like free money I thought of putting a grand on Floyd but I think I'd bottle it for some reason 500 doesn't seem to bad so I'll go with that

Yeah - I'm not so worried about Floyd losing, but rather carrying Conor for 12 rounds or some controversial ending that voids my bet!

I took:

Davis/Fonseca under 5.5 (-200) to win a unit
Mayweather by KO/TKO/DQ (-143) to win a unit
Dulorme (+160) something for fun

Mayweather to win 2/7. I've bet £700 to win £200. I only wish I hadn't just paid for a holiday and loads of other stuff. The only way Mayweather loses is if he David Haye's his hamstring.

Theres some big money going on Floyd on this site I hope you guys get the result but I wouldnt risk this sort of money for not much return. I know free money sounds great but I dont think the script is going to be word perfect.

Hi mate. This fight is like the Dallas Cowboys playing rugby against the All Blacks. If they fought 100 times Floyd would win 'em all.

I know, it should be a very easy nights work for Floyd, whats his purse I heard $300m??? If thats the case a rematch for another $300M would suit him fine. I just think this tin pot circus fight is going to throw something in the script.

I thought about the rematch/trilogy angle, but I just cannot see Floyd 'allowing' his perfect record to be flushed down the loo against a guy who's never boxed before.

The recreational money on Mcgregor give bookmakers a quandary, albeit a nice one. They are only laying Mcgregor, sometimes pro money comes in the other side but this is too WWF for pros to take it seriously, so its a one sided book, Paddy Power alone will have 8 figure liabilities on Mcgregor.

Is it good business? Yes.

Are they comfortable with 8 figure liabilities? No.

Should Mcgregor somehow win its a difficult one to explain to the upstair, potential sacking job.

In Vegas, the Caesers' sports book will take its biggest ever loss if McGregor wins. It ain't happening.

Is anyone placing bets on the undercard to May/McG ?

Nathan Cleverly vs Badou Jack
Gervonta Davis vs Francisco Fonseca
Yordenis Ugas vs Thomas Dulorme
Andrew Tabiti vs Steve Cunningham
Juan Heraldez vs Jose Miguel Borrego
Kevin Newman II vs Mark Anthony Hernandez

Any predictions/tips?
