Let's get this straight CMAC's PPV vs Diaz appears to be the biggest grossing event in the history of the UFC!! Man you must feel so dumb denigrating him. You see he knows exactly what he is doing. You do not. Your small, pea size brain cannot absorb it. His next fight will be vs. Aldo and it will be one of the biggest rematches in the history of the UFC. It will not be Edgar. Diaz, a WW will be fighting for the title vs. Lawlor if he wants it. As for me? I called the Cmac fight exactly at odds of +350 on the win and 10 to 1 on the submission so for those looking for my next great pick stay tuned. Tanzio and ImpracticalMMAjoker will be waiting for that too. They also need a lesson on weight cutting 101 because they are really dense but I now realize that will require a Special Ed class for them. Does anyone have a Special Ed. certification here? If so I will pay for ImpraacticalMMAjoker's class Tanzio is on Social Security and can pay for his own. Let me know. Thank you.
Team HypeJob are the ones that have acknowledged that HypeJob can't keep making 145, Farcenix. Take it up with them. Edgar will make Mr. HypeJob his bitch, just as Nate did. He will fall to his knees and submit.
Cmon you know that is not going to happen. Eventually he won't be able to make 145, that is true. But he made 145 fight before last. His time at 145 is not done just yet. I think he can fight both before leaving. Edgar will possibly a good fight but CMAC would be the favorite there in that matchup.
He was the favorite v Nate too. That didn't stop him from quitting the way he claimed he would rather die than do.

Some very good matches right around the corner.

Weidman/Rockhold 2
DJ/Cejudo
Comier/Jones 2

I feel Weidman will be better prepared this time around, but still going with Luke. Luke's training with Daniel and Cain has him prepared for anything wrestling wise Weidman can throw at him. And as far as striking, Luke holds a big advantage there. But, Chris is smart and should have a better game plan going into this one. Luke by UD.

Cejudo/DJ is the most interesting out of the three just because of what Cejudo brings to the table. His wrestling could neutralize DJ's speed as long as he can get a hold of DJ. This will be a great test in seeing where DJ's wrestling stands at a world level. Gotta go with DJ because I think he is the more complete package, but wouldn't be surprised to see Cejudo score a number of take downs and score big with some GnP.

Cormier/Jones has me the least excited, however I am still looking forward to it. I'd like to see Daniel take the win, but I feel Jones' size, striking, wrestling, and overall athleticism will score him another UD.

I think that Rockhold is all wrong for Weidman but Chris is always dangerous on the mat.

I'm going with Cejudo's wrestling v JD.

Cormier's only hope is to have gotten into Jone's head, baiting him into a big mistake, IMO.

But, admittedly, I am no UFC expert at the moment.

I'm looking forward to the non-title fights Wonder boy v Rory and El Cucuay V Khabib just as much as the ones mentioned above. Can't call either with any degree of confidence.

:TU: Absolutely!

Rory/Thompson should be an excellent match up of styles. A pick-em.

Khabib should take this on paper, but Tony has been on such a run the past couple years. I don't really care for him ever since his drunken outbreak on TUF, but his improving skills are undeniable.

Agree. Came across horribly on TUF and his recent interview calling out Conor in his sunglasses was very strange, seemed fake. Great fighter to watch though and who knows how Khabib will be post injury. Crazy to think its 2 years since his last fight where he beat the champ. Since then RDA has won 5 in a row. Khabib could have been in that position. Khabib V RDA 2 would be very interesting with RDA's current form.

I saw a poster yesterday for a supposed line up for 200

Connor v Edgar
Lawler v GSP
Silva v Kennedy
Aldo v Holloway

I'm sure its fake, bit what a card that would be

About as likely as:

Cruz vs. Caldwell
Lawler vs. Askren
Jones v. King Mo
Conor vs. Gaethje

No I agree. He got dropped by Condit and arguably should have lost the Hendricks fight and all that was before his long lay off. Lawler has very good defensive wrestling and you'd have to knock his head off to stop him which I cant see GSP doing.

I thought GSP lost to Hendricks in his last fight and that his best days are behind him, but stylistically he could match up well with Lawler.

I've really enjoyed Lawler and Hendricks reigns, they made that division fun again: I'd grown tired of GSPs style. I wonder if he's well off enough to stay retired?

I can't really see GSP ever coming back. His best days are way behind him, and (unless he's secretly broke) I can't see any reason why he would.

How old is George now?

I think he lost the passion a few fights before Hendricks. If he was somehow able to regain some hunger, I think he could get back on top. Athletically, he was one of the finest athletes to ever step into the cage. Technically superb as well. But, if the hunger is gone, he will not be elite again.

I don't think he's even 35 yet, but he's had a lot of mileage.

I agree; I think he was one of, if not the most athletically gifted and talented fighters ever. I don't want to see him try another run though. I don't think he'd ever be able to rekindle the fire necessary to put him back to where he was. He's one of the greatest ever, and he should leave it that way.
