People flying out the door
I thought the same at first, but not really sure anymore. Who couldn't look good against that version of Chisora?Ian1973 wrote:I thought that was fantastic from Fury, really classy. Best I've seen from him.
There wasn't any bad blood to be honest, the BJS v Eubank fight showed thatCrease wrote:Yeah, going over and giving him a hug was a bit of respect that I didn't think that he had with all of his trash-talking.Ian1973 wrote:I thought that was fantastic from Fury, really classy. Same version of Chisora who beat Helenius and lasted 12 against Vitali, certainly a lot better than he was in the first fight, just didn't get given a chance.Boxerbeetle wrote:I thought the same at first, but not really sure anymore. Good shout Ian. Tyson is 25 and will only become the main man in HW boxing over the next 10 years.Ian1973 wrote:Some people are idiots. To boo a classy display like that is pure ignorance.
Walsh-Sykes, Buglioni-Robinson and Saunders-Eubank Jr were all good to watch, Mitchell Smith, Gavin-Skeete and Chisora-Fury were all dull, although I did enjoy watching Gavin-Skeete, like a good technical battle. Mixed bag but on the whole I enjoyed the show, no all out wars, but that was always going to be unlikely, it's rare to see fights like that.jamesmcdonnell wrote:Christ, what a dismal fight - to be frank, I've found pretty much the entire bill disappointing - good fights on paper, but not one of them really caught fire.
Wtf were you watching? Chisora clearly wasn't right tonight.sendo wrote:Same version of Chisora who beat Helenius and lasted 12 against Vitali, certainly a lot better than he was in the first fight, just didn't get given a chance.Boxerbeetle wrote:I thought the same at first, but not really sure anymore. Unfortunately, apart from the nonsense spoken in the post fight interview, they're waiting for Wlad to retire.reggaereggae wrote:When Wlad retires, Tyson is right in there. He was composed, concentrated, hardly got hit. Well done. Fvck the haters :-)

Building your hopes up will only leave you disappointed. It was another fairly careful match up in Furys career. Chisora, along with all his previous opponents, cannot bang. Wlad will be the cash out, spectacular KO, winner for all involved fight, but it won't be all that competitive.Tarkus wrote:Great performance from Fury, impeccable defense. We have a legitimate challenge to Klitschko I think.
Lol there's no way that was the same Chisora that fought Helenius or Vitali. Fury boxed nicely though.Boxerbeetle wrote:Wtf were you watching? Silky skills??? The ref had to show him how to throw a jab ffsIan1973 wrote:

It's a bit like people look good until they are in with Wlad and then they suddenly look poor. When you are being dominated by the other man who has silky skills and doesn't give you a way in you do tend to look poor because there's not a lot you can do.
Don't bet the house on it.Tarkus wrote:Great performance from Fury, impeccable defense. We have a legitimate challenge to Klitschko I think.
That would be a very long wait. Klitschko not retiring in a foreseeable future, unless loosing.kaiserbill wrote:Unfortunately, apart from the nonsense spoken in the post fight interview, they're waiting for Wlad to retire.reggaereggae wrote:When Wlad retires, Tyson is right in there. Which I think is sensible.
