I didn't see the fight but was hoping Poirier could pull it off. I really dislike Makhachev and that whole training team he comes from. I hope he gets smashed, if and when he moves up to Welterweight.

Never ending guts by Dustin who scrambled his way out in the first four rounds and tried to counter everytime, but Islam was on a great night and dominated all the way to the end, great main event
Strickland humiliated Borrachinha and I couldn't be happier
Morono/Price had its moments but in no way that was a PPV bout. Kudos to Brown and Elizeuski for the fun opener

Holland broke his man’s arm.. ref stopped it and he was arguing why he stopped it, but he couldn’t even lift his arm

Baeza's hype got definitely derailed by Puna's ground and pound, while Reese's is just starting

Ferreira got dominated and almost finalised by Sztoltfus until the surreal comeback with a rolling elbow ending
Great display of maturity by Rosas, tamed Turcios' intensity and brought him on the ground to take him apart

Reyes is finally back
Imavov was probably going to win it with his range and precise jab, but Jason Herzog screwed everything up...

Strange ending to the main event today. Taira was on Perez's back in a mounted figure 4 with one foot behind Perez's left knee. Taira then threw all his upper body weight back causing both their weights to pivot onto Perez's right leg and completely blow out his knee as he hit the ground. Nasty as f*ck. Cant recall seeing that takedown technique before.

Definitely super nasty - might be a career ender. BJJ is a really tough sport most guys I know who practice seriously have had several major injuries.

That was no accident, rather a nasty takedown deliberately going for whatever opponent's pivot to fall onto, but that gives Taira more credit

Volkan demolishing Walker in scary fashion, with Johnny looneytuning it again... felt both terrified for and amused by him.
Shara needs better grappling defense for sure, and he had to be deducted one point for fence-grabbing. Pretty good footwork, that helped to bust out Trocoli's legs. Bullet still not top 15 material

D-Rod/Gastelum result won't help anybody but that it was fire and glad to see Kevin also use his wrestling
Great reach usage by Volkov.

Whittaker shutting down the hype around Aliskerov with a brutal KO.

The Reaper blitzed Aliskerov and fortunately for us Bobby Knuckles is still in the title picture game

This has indeed a "ruined goods" vibe to it

Aspinall really looks the business. Surely Jon Jones won’t fight him?

Aspinall seeminlgy being the heavyweight MMA has always waited for, and I am starting to believe he could smoke Jon Jones for good
So happy for Belal, he has worked so hard and always has been consistent despite getting a lot of jeers and being derided as being a decisionator (well, a win is still a win...)

6'5, around 260 pounds, athletic, coordinated, fast hands and light on his feet for a big man plus a huge right hand that puts people down with even glancing blows - Tom might have made a decent boxer.
i'm sure a top trainer could have moulded a fine heavyweight out of that particular piece of clay.

Fun one between Alvarez and Brener, the spaniard is a giraffe at lightweight
Tony has maybe understood that is time to walk away and think about his health...

Figuereido blasting the third bantam top 15 in a row, managed the jump weight really well

Shara in his groove tonight despite the many flaws still being there; he is for sure a master of fighting from the back.
Umar the Sand-tamer, but against Figuereido should be way too harder

Great win by Dricus. He come across so well. Adesanya when he wants to be can be very classy too. Great fight

Dricus looked at times to be fucked and Adesanya was really laying into him with quality body shots, moving well, out landing him with more accurate strikes. But Dricus can really soak it up and his power is of the bone crunching variety even tho his punches look pretty awkward. He kept the pressure on and finished a hurt Isreal with a decent choke on the ground. It was a great battle.
Watching how he destroyed Robert Whittiker shocked me, his step in jabs nearly took Robs face off.
Yeah Dricus looks so awkward but gets the results.
