I can´t believe Keeton made it through the whole tournament without even getting knocked down. Francis should retire. Nah I stand corrected, he needs to fight on, so I can get my money back, betting on KO loss after KO loss.

because we didn't have the usual undercard of onesided fights.

chuffed to bits for Ovill...... He has been here a long time now... 6 years.. so i guess he may be eligible for British!!!!!

he has done it the hard way so i hope he uses the cash well

And then the fella Francis KO'd in a round goes and wins it, Keeton also had revenge on Scott, what a night of boxing, Friday fight night pales into insignificance

Given enough notice Ovill could do super middle... i remember he fought very close to super middle against the russian prospect Inkin!!!

Just got back and it was a fantastic night, great fights. Huge congrats to all the boxers, who put everything out there.

Well we did also have Dunstan and Scott who have fought for world titles, Keeton a former British champ, Corbett was a former commonwealth champ , Simpson a British champ, and even Steeds had fought for a British heavy title.

So i would say that Francis although the most talented boxer there (at one time), wasn't head and shoulders above everyone else on his ring achievements.

Some of those individual results would have been 25-1 or 16-1, much less winning the whole thing!

I thought they said last night that the odds for that final were 50/1....

The bookie Pundit on Sky says it was 50/1 to predict that final

Those were measly odds. Keeton KO 1 Dunstan could have been 50-1 in its own right!
