Enzo chose the fight; he was offered two fights and chose the harder one. He threw himself to the wolves.

Not many cruisers have been as heavily hyped as Big Macc, well know in the USA as well.

Enzo was defintely world class, bearing in mind the cruisers have never been up to much.
Just because he was never the best in his division, doesn't mean he wasn't world class. Both him and Frank made the most of it while it lasted, and I hope his retirement is a good one.

Always looked a bit of head-on-the-chopping-block type fight to take, this one, though the Russian didn't look up to much - he looked a puncher, and for a fighter coming back off a couple of bad KO's, that's an almost suicidal fight to take.
