I film TV fights as well. as well as ABA shows, pity you did not know that, spudio,

I once signed an autograph. Sadly, it was never posted on ebay.

Actually I am quite serious, no better feeling in the world than a good old Spar - testing the skills without the pressure of a fight. I'd love to spar with anyone who has posted here (including the top pro's) just to actually get the first hand experience of their power etc, and I would treat any spar session with the respect it deserves (hard).

When I was sparing novices, I would treat them the same way as I would sparing someone heavier/better than me. Not through being a bully, but I found it patronising when someone would go light on me.

Nah mate be good to be back, a year on a small island starts to send you mm-m--m--mad sir.

Plus im sick of sweating my balls off, its 33 c here but the humidity is 90-100% so feels like 40 c, and im getting eaten alive by various insects.

And its hurricane season.

Most importantly i havent seen some good friends for 50 weeks plus so its time to catch up.

Everywhere has its good and bad points, so will be good to be back for a few weeks

theres no place like home, also getting fed up of being viewed as a big fat wallet by some of my supposed friends out here. (not a boast ....its true after a year it gets on your tits when you are expected to buy round after round, ok im doing well especially compared to local salaries here but im not a fuckin charity).

time to be amongst my real mates for a while.

will keep 15th free, any ideas what you fancy doing mate, thats a saturday night i believe, good stuff.

There is a Boxing show 15 Aug in Grundy Parl Centre Cheshunt!!!.. an easy night out, 15 fights!!!
