No it's coz he's turning it into some aus v Brit thing... He obviously has a hate for things British. I never brought nationalities into it. And his opinions become irrelevant because of his bias-ness.

What if Roy beats Bernard? Stranger things have happened.
I think its possible for Roy to win, Styles make fights and Roys fast hands might make it hard work for Bernard with his counterpunching style.

this might end up as a RJJ win, the legacy will fade for Hopkins imo,
everyone is looking at the obvious,
ever since RJJ lost to Green everyone is forgetting who he is and wat he is really capable of

indeed he is shot, imo he has enough to beat Hopkins,
the show he put on with Lacy was impressive but was obviously SHOT,
imo Hopkins wants this more than RJJ,
RJJ wont let him have it

i believe jones would beat hopkins.

u might say that jones is past his prime but most of hopkins recent opponents have been middleweights fighting at weights that were blindingly obvious not in their best interests, and they lost accordingly.

fighting jones at light heavy at hopkins age too is a completely different ask. and for those that think jones cant possibly beat hopkins just remember what chance the experts gave green.

It's already lost :o Froch hits harder than Green.... WTF

Edit; I'm deeply offended let alone loosing respect, you could have everyone on this board against me siding with Froch being the Heavy hitter, and i'd still think your full of shitt.
Mate, WHAT ARE YOU ON?????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????

Show me where he even hits as hard as Green's jab, show me the article, footage where the most overarated boxer today hit a machine and it broke       F'nDH.

And to answer your question with my original question.....you hate Australian fighters but because you live here i tolerate your incesive bitching about my fellow countrymen.....if you don't like aus boxing you know what you can do mate .... ...!

Thats why i through you a bit of burly :o
mate im not even gonna bother getting into this with you..you are far too much of a tool for me to waste my time on

So you won"t be following me around the board for another month disagreeing with everything i say?

Tool,Goose don't know shitt about boxing, com'n mate i'm commenting about Aus boxing and everything i've said and others have said on here you tried ripping to pieces, you can't turn the other cheek now, my apologizes for turning into a Brit/Aus thing I just needed to know.
My initial point was to see if you just didn't like or think much of Green,... remember a couple of years a go when Greeny retired before the Hernan Garay fight, you apparently had inside information that Green was scared and thus this was the true reason he retired.

Mate all's i have to say to you the man can fight, he can box and he's probably one of the hardest punchers P4P in the world......he's certainly no mug, like you make him out to be:box:.

Peace

has green missed the boat, putting all the eggs in the hopkins basket?

obviously it would be a great australian event. and green would have a great chance of winning at cruiserweight, at home. i believe hopkins' dirty tactics would backfire in a fight like this, against an opponent who can be a bit rough and nasty himself. i believe hopkins made life hard for himself during his middleweight peak, getting a dirty rep and suffering a bit through some foulfests with robbie allen and antwun echols. i would have visualised green-hopkins as being similar to peden-campbell part 2. peden not really the better fighter, but he wins a maul.

hopkins is always hard to negotiate with. indeed, he's never successfully negotiated a fight up at cruiserweight. remember toney in 2004? adamek in 2009?

so anyway, hopkins is fighting jones jr. adamek has well and truly bulked up. 223-pounds, with massive arms and a double chin. will it be jirov or holyfield? jirov methinks.
