I thought this thread was about Harroon?
Its turning into a bash Amir thread!
Amir's alright, he's a total PR disaster that's all, declaring we're all jealous when in reality we just want to see the guy give us a fight that is in relation with the money and lifestyle that he leads ( he's got a $500k flat next to P Diddy then fighting Oisin Fagan and calling yourself 'King Khan')

Why has Nel been banned?

Didn't seem like him, Lirva has a certain style of posting which you can spot from a mile off.

I thought Nel seemed alright, different opinions to the majority but nothing malicious. Few of the mods are able to find out who it is through the IP addresses so maybe it was a previously banned poster trying to be behaved.
edit: looking back over this thread he signed up with a different username [Control Freak] just to re-enhance his point.

i think it was maybe as he could have been considered as sounding a little racist in this thread , although theres nothing conclussive id tend to agree .
on the subject of representing other countries , if my son became good at a sport but didnt look likely to succeed at the top level here , id recommend he shift aleigance to Hungary , even though hed qualify through my grandad , my family on my mums side consider themselves hungarians born in england so there proud of their roots , something i picked up on naturally and my 5 year old son is very aware of too , hes even started to learn the hungarian language by his own request.

To be fair you started it all with KS Ranjitsinhji! I am still struggling to figure out how John Barnes (football), Greg Rusedski (tennis), Kevin Pietersen (cricket), Ted Bami (boxing), Graeme Hick (cricket), Matt Stevens (rugby union), Andrew Caddick (cricket), Graeme LeSaux (football), Terry Butcher (football), Matt LeTissier (football), Matt Banahan (rugby union), Brian Stein (football), John Salako (football), Tony Dorigo (football) Luther Blissett (football), Rob Jones (football), Gordon Hodgson (football), Joe Baker (football). Steve Lambert (football) Colin Viljoen (football), Dylan Hartley (rugby union), Peter Nicol (squash), Cyrille Regis (football), Allan Lamb (cricket), Germaine Mason (athletics), Tony Greig (cricket), Zola Budd (athletics), Robin Smith (cricket), Lee Dickson (rugby union), Tim Ambrose (cricket), Pat Barnard (rugby union), Jonathan Trott (cricket), Matt Prior (cricket), Lesley Vainikolo (rugby league and union), Alexander Obolensky (rugby union), Owen Hargreaves (football), Clinton McKenzie (boxing), Takaloo (boxing), Riki Flutey (boxing), Mike Catt (rugby union), Henry Paul (rugby union), Luol Deng (basketball), Olga Butkevich (olympic wrestling) and Linford Christie (athletics) all qualify for ye.
And what about "English cricketers" Ed Joyce and Eoin Morgan! And good old Lenaxe! Never threw a punch in England before he won the Olympics for Canada all of a sudden becomes Britains world champion!
Rob Jones... swine. We would have qualified for the world cup had he played for Wales.
See, we get the opposite. Almost any decent player than can defect to you lot does. Ryan Shawcross... you dont need Ryan Shawcross! For the good of Wales capello should ring Ryan and tell him realistically he wont be needed, and to give toshack a ring.
Also, you missed out Dewi Morris - rugby, not a big surprise him being welsh.

khan father is a pakistanie birth but his sons are born in england . but amir done the same thing as an amateur and it worked for him but he had some talent but harood is not in the same league so englands quite right in telling him to carry on but he will not be accepted in pakistan either he be deemed a foriener but personally i would hope a english or brittish boxer draws him as he been beaten by them and he no chance of beating the english champion or the welsh or scottish so i hope he gets one of them.

It doesnt matter why they are minted. I simply pointed out that they were not a working class family as you claimed. You should come down my way, i'll show you a working class lifestyle and trust me, it doesnt involve mansions, owning 30 cars, and having 15 million pounds in the bank.
Theres nothing wrong with being upper class, in fact its much better, but dont claim that this kid is working class, he wouldn't know work if it pissed all over his face.
Your class has nothing to do with money. Working a job doesn't indicate working class either, it's based on your profession. If one of those working class families suddenly wins the lottery, and has 17 million in the bank do they suddenly become upper class? No, and it'd be stupid to think it does. See Michael Carroll, this fine upper class gentlemen.

At least Michael Carroll boxed; a lot more than most boxrec stone-throwers and 'moral guardians' did....
And he hardly trained, yet boxed the lifelong athlete and musclebound Rhino...You have to admire his guts (or stupidity)

I was at his fight with Rhino at the MEN! Me and about 30 other people - never seen so many curtains drawn since my Nan died.
Doesnt mean I have to have any respect for the ignorant rancid toad! I tend not to admire stupidity but you can feel free to.
