What a cracker! 
Both gave absolutely everything, but McDonnell's extra class was evident. Whilst it was a very tough fight, I had Jamie winning with a bit more to spare than the judges did.
Hall can come again and challenge for the EBU title if and when McDonnell moves on. Whilst I didn't enjoy Hall's pre-fight boasts, I think he made amends for them in the post fight intereview when he said the better man won. That is class!
McDonnell deserves to move into world class and good luck to him. He's maturing into a very accomplished boxer and with a bit of luck, who knows....
