Let's get this right - I question your claim to know the average value of a magazine in the UK and as part of that I ask you to answer two simple questions - in fact, incredibly simple questions given your frequently stated intellect and your successful entrepreneurial career.
But despite that, you dodge those questions and embark on this rant about a bet. Yet I'm the one that's cornered?
Jon, I tell you what. I'll indulge you briefly - you have publicly 'owned me'. You have made my 'arse collapse in public'. And you have 'taken my pants down in public for good measure'. Fine, no problem, I'm happy to accept all of that and will no doubt struggle to continue with the rest of my life after being so utterly humiliated....
.... now answer those two questions.

By actually showing you how it's done will give you all the answers you need to know, you can't get any better than that can you? like I said I know that I have a 'sense' that I don't believe you have.
No more words, take the bet.

His sweets are sugar free and he ate to many thus alowing the sorbitol to act as a full on laxitive, ending with him shitting his betting pants.
PS Final Round,
I told you, my best performance was in 'Enter The Dragon 3' starring myself & Anna Karen (Olive from on the busses)
budget wise It was a tad low grade but the papers said that I created a massive splash.

Olive would have been great on Hans Island.

More than a guess but not gospel, I think we'd get offers around 500k, and as we bought the title for 5k (on tick) I'd be happy - at a point when I wanted to retire. Until then I'd want at least 2 mil (one for each partner), which is unrealistic, although it depends how much the buyer wants it, as shown by the 7 mil GBP paid for Ring - by Deserter's formula, which is pretty much standard, Ring wasn't worth 2 mil (dollars), but it has brand cachet, as does BN, through its age and history, which BM wouldn't have in the marketplace.
But I still want my 11 mil - 12 to you Oscar.

That was EXCACTLY what my hunch was on the value.
And like I also said my gut also told me that the amount paid for The 'Brown' Ring was sillyI'm sorry you got drawn into this Glyn
So yeah you saved him Glyn but should he still want to take the bet to any other publication it still stands.
I hope you do get that walk away wedge some day as you have earned it.

Saved me from what exactly Jon, being savaged by a guy on the internet who can barely string a sentence together? Oh, the fear, the fear
You obviously also missed the bit where Glyn said my method of calculating the value was industry standard.
Anyway, now Glyn has 'saved me', you're completely at liberty to answer the two questions I've posed you time and time again that you keep ducking

All empty words.
Yes Goldie overpaid for The Ring but it's abvious to me that they did it for a reason, the same reason that a pencil pusher like yourself will never understand untill well after the horses have bolted.
Simply put you wont undertstand the black swan theory as you are whiter than white.
You see unlike you I don't need months/years of due diligence to close.
Now take the bet or forever be the man who talked some smack online and who then backed out in front of all of his online buddies when faced with a very harsh does of reality.
You might get your supporters but trust me on here all people see when they think of you all that they will see in their heads is another collapsed arse.
Take the bet, the readers are wanting you to do so..

I couldn't trawl through two pages of your smug grunting noises Jon.
Was the bet to see who could look a bigger tool when they got a PM from a fellow with the frightening name of 'cakes'?
If so, you win hands down. Your massive arse collapes was the stuff of legends.

To be was simply playing with punters who have no online savy ('Cakes & Co' you, perhalps you couldnt'tell there was more than one?) was fun for me but If you can't see this then that's not my fault, BTW FYI the smarty pants on here can ask them via PM and they will confirm this for you.
I thought 'Biscuts' was a more fearfull name, BUT when they changed to Scones (the writings were differant it was easy to see) I positively soiled myself such was my state of mind, I have phobophobia you see and the "Internet Bullying" is a shamefull thing woudn't you agree?
This however this is differant and he wont take the bet will he?
You see my point?
PS Also FYI I have to keep editing these posts due to my bad spelling and I use wirelss keypads and they always miss out letters.

If i'm going to eat a chilli a red one is usually preferable, Bird Eye or Jalapeno I may be wrong but aren't the greenys not as hot?

Nah, anchovies and olives for me.
PS. That was pure comedy, Glyn popping in to say he thought it was worth 500k after all of grandstanding that went on prior to (i.e. my dick is bigger than your dick)

oh, absolutely with the anchovies and olives. the green chopped chillies are a bit of a new departure though.
