I am utilizing the option of the "Quick Claim Deed" in legal proceedings this provides for "the quick and assured salvaging of goods/services found valuable to a local community when the proponderance of evidence shows that the current owner/director is showing signs of operating in a manner to be self destructive and/or a clear and present detrminet/hazard or injurious to the affected community in question.
