Wow, we're getting way worse than Germany now. Two nights on the trot, although in fairness this was a closer fight than the Cox one.

Although close, I'd struggle to tweak enough rounds to see how McCloskey wins though, thought Prescott won most early rounds by a big margin, many of the one's I'd have scored for McCloskey were very close.

I've had a few beers but I had it 115-113 to dudey.

Prescott dominated 4 rounds but I thought the rest were close, he wasn't edging them.

Shame that decision, I would of preferred Prescott v Khan again. All these shite decisions do is delude the winner into thinking they are better than they actually are, and put them in danger with a higher caliber fighter next time out.

Westside Villian I take it back! "Shady decision" indeed. I'm from Northern Ireland and a McCloskey fan but Prescott won that for me. Entertaining fight and great comeback from Paul in the late rounds but not enough to win. Prescott fought his heart out and must be gutted.

I don't see how the first could have easily been 10-10 prior to the KD. McCloskey was getting hit with big right hands and not doing any good work of his own.

Point 1 - I guarantee you every judge will have scored that 10-8. It wasn't clear that it wasn't the glove in normal time.

Point 2 - I could not give McCloskey a share of rounds 1, 2, 3, 5, 6, 7, 10, or 12. Even if that was a 10-9 round (and I thought he easily won it with or without a knockdown) that still makes it 116-112 (I actually had it 116-111).

Prescott landed all the better punches. But if you are watching a commentary where a boxer who is out on his feet is given the round and every little cuff with the side of the glove by the home fighter is bigged up as "a shift in momentum" that's what you get.

mvvrory giving the 12th to mccloskey was probably the worst round of scoring he has ever done

His scoring of the 12th was pretty shocking.
