They've already announced that Jim Rosenthal and Paul Dempsey will be on board and I think I heard that John Rawling is on commentary - just how many do they want to present it.... what was one of the major problems with Sky presentation last year which was universally agreed on the forums.... too many people on board.

allegedly hasn't even started and already they have 3 presenters and 3 men who have much experience as lead commentators.
I've got no problem with Richard Keys he was a good commentator on sky, what people say off camera is up to them, obviously they then have to make sure their mics arent still plugged in.

If that was the only anouncement and it was supposed to shock the world, god knows what shite fights we are going to be fed as "rivalling the thrilla in manilla" on this channel.

Shock to the world a sports channel hires a sports commentator thats out of work - whoopdeee do!

If this is the big announcement, I'm shocked......but then not shocked at the same time because it's FW

Ignored my request for press passes for Echo Arena, even though the company I work for - Trinity Mirror - owns the bloody Liverpool Echo!

Unbelievable....

Jim Rosenthal, John Rawling, Paul Dempsey and Richard Keys - that is a heavyweight line-up.

Who is going to partner Rawling? The other 3 are studio/anchors. Keys knows nothing about boxing but I'm sure he can talk about it in general terms like he talks about football.

I don't mind Dempo, probably because he's had the same haircut for 20 years and I feel a bit sorry for him.......he was in the studio for some massive Sky fights in the nineties

In a Chris Morris style, reality meets parody moment, I believe their big announcement was the return of Richard Keys to TV screens.

Man, I'd forgotten about this one.

12 days ago they were "set to announce six big fights over the next 48 hours". What happened in this regard? Might persuade me to treat myself to a Christmas present by way of a subscription if they're any good.

I know a bloke that paid a load of money upfront to go to Elmer Fudd's pokey little bistro, and he too ended up shitting himself inside out cos of some dodgy razor clam and jizzbiscuit souffle.

And he made a massive jelly cock on telly once. Dirty bastard.

Free to air until the end of the year.
Thereafter £10.00 per month.
NO PPV
Also includes MMA and Amateurs.
Deals struck with Sauerland and Goldenboy.
Kessler already booked.
Hopkins already booked.
Channel 456 on air 6 hours per day.
Chat show with Buncey.
Lets see how it's going...

Free to air until the end of the year. Fail
Thereafter £10.00 per month. Score
NO PPV Score although not sure of the difference between £10 for a month of broadcasting when there is only 1 card of interest
Also includes MMA and Amateurs. Fail One Amateur card and no MMA
Deals struck with Sauerland and Goldenboy Fail The deal with GBP lasted as long as it took sky to snap up the Khan-Peterson fight
Kessler already booked. Fail OK,not the channels fault, but the fight never happened.
Hopkins already booked. Score
Channel 456 on air 6 hours per day. Score I guess this is happening, but 6 hours of repeats is of limited appeal
Chat show with Buncey. Score Woo hoo.

I'm glad TBA is finally getting a shot, it's a disgrace the way W arren has left him out in the cold.
