Have you ever actually broken a bottle? It's rather harder to do than it appears on the telly. Glass is also harder than the average face.
And yes, I've followed through more than once, a quick change of pants always solves it though.

lets just say yes to that question, i have broken a bottle, ive also been around when quite a few glassings or bottlings have taken place. haye was not trying to hit him with the bottle its pretty obvious he would not chose to punch him in the shoulder in favour of hitting him with the side of the bottle especially held that way.

This is how I see it.

Haye was embarrassing in his last fight with the toe excuse & should remain in hiding (he should have been hiding since last Summer) & Chisora has become the new Frank Bruno; a guy that gets praised to the hilt for losing every time he steps up in class.

The two of them don't deserve the hype & anticiaption about a proposed fight.

They both need to prove that they're worthy, then come back & face each other.

Right now, both of them are busted flushes.

A very good question indeed.

Then again, if Audley Harrison was given a shot at the HW title by Lord Lucan (formerly known as David Haye), then Chisora probably deserved his too.

In most people's opinion (including Vitali's) Chisora handily defeated Helenius, who was generally considered a top 5 HW at the time.
