Currently tucking into a bowl of brown rice, chicken breast and chinese veg with a squirt of Encona chilli sauce.

Will probably have salmon tonight, with stir fried veg & egg noodles.

I've upped my carbs a little recently, and have been feeling better for it. Feel stronger in the gym and muscles seem rounder. Will keep it up for a while, whilst keeping an eye on my waistline. I think the balance I have now is about right.

Yeah, i've upped mine a little recently and am feeling much better for it. It's just getting that balance that's hard - enough carbs to put some muscle size on, without putting the fat back on that i've worked so hard to lose :witzend:
