I never accused you of bullying more than one person. Why get pedantic about my use of the word people instead of person? I don't think its use did imply that you bully more than one person.
Deserter wrote:Nobody is demanding that you change. What I and others are saying is that given the manner and tone of your posts you shouldn't be remotely surprised that you provoke so many adverse reactions. Many regard you as a troll. If you don't want that perception of you, you need to change. If you're comfortable with it, keep on doing what you're doing. What is utterly pointless is complaining about it.

I think people shouldn't fly off the handle and name call just because they don't like what I am saying. Why can't people be reasonable?

Horse, whatever your faults, you're not a stupid man, so it amazes me that you're unable to grasp from the fact that you manage to alienate so many people that you have an attitude problem.
Don't try and blame it on having a difference of opinion as that's a complete red herring - every day there are posters who have differences of opinion on here yet manage to retain a healthy respect for one another. You, by contrast, have come to be regarded as a troll by a significant number of posters. That alone should tell you something.
^ Fair play mate, but I can write out his response for him to save him the bother:
"It's not fair to label me as anything when you don't know me personally. I have not made a personal attack on you, yet you do so to me because of my opinions, which are genuine. I have not trivialised women-beating, I just do not believe that the accounts we receive should be emotionally responded to without knowing all the facts. The seriousness of the crime/allegation has no bearing unless it has been proved to me."
& then we respond with "Well how can you know anything if it's got to be proved explicitly" & he'll come up with something else & on & on & on & on until we all go fvcking blind. Someone'll point out the pudendum only ever posts in threads/on topics which have an emotive or ethical component, & that he always takes a cuntish stance on everything under the sun, & we go on playing his stupid fvcking game ad infinitum as if you're talking to a human being rather than the organic equivalent of one of those "press one to be patronised by a recorded message" voice-mail things set to "I'm a pudendum".
Or, you could put him on "Ignore".
EDIT: Oh, he beat me to it. Can someone tell me if I was near the mark with my impression, please?

Wow, he realized that I don't tend to react emotionally to emotive issues. What a brilliant analysis of my posting style.
It is too bad Datsue doesn't use his great mind for good rather than evil.

You need to learn the difference between singular and plural.

It is a minor thing to blow up into a major issue. I have already stated that I didn't intend to suggest that you are a serial bully.
I don't go around the forum attempting to bully a person like you do.
Is that better?

I'm ecstatic. Thank you. Particularly pleased that you've managed to round things off with a question in your 'trademark style'. Kevo would be proud

Horse, what kind of injuries to a woman do you consider "worth" 90 days inside?
I think he got taken to task for threatening her life as well, am sure I read that was part of his attack but cant be bothered checking.
Finally, have you ever witnessed a man who can handle himself beat up a woman?

He’s always had this smug, aloof, enigmatic, Thin White Duke thing going on, dropping one sentence bon mots here and there, in the hopes of causing a little ripple of annoyance, then acting all aggrieved and innocent when he achieves it.
He lost his cool on several occasions by responding to the taunts of that Palimpsest guy with abuse and insults, stupidly flattered by their professed ‘friendship’ he joined in the inane banter with the now (thankfully) departed ESB crowd, he entered into a debate over the merits of Horse Smileys, he pathetically ‘flirted’ with DrumRunner a woman from a horse forum, he is now defending a wife beater (probably in the full knowledge it would evoke a response) and acting the ‘victim’ when people understandably take him to task.
He’s gone from being a mild irritant to a complete joke.
Well done Horse.

I think the injuries from the attack would have to last more than a week.
I think getting sent to prison is a serious thing and we should be trying to keep people out of there if possible. A few hundred hours community service seems to be a reasonable punishment for blowing up and hitting his girlfriend.
DaveBoyMorrison wrote:Finally, have you ever witnessed a man who can handle himself beat up a woman?
No. Does a man need to be able to handle himself to beat up a woman? I don't think a man being a boxer makes beating a woman worse if the damage done to the woman is the same as that done by a non-boxer.

Your subtle, insidious trolling has long been a feature on Boxrec but you've humiliated yourself in the last few weeks (this thread being the apotheosis)
Are you a former member?
I don't feel humiliated, just drained from the needless attacks that have been made against me.

No YOU 'started it' with the drivel you've been spouting on this thread, any abuse directed at you is richly deserved.
I didn't start insulting others.

What's your 'agenda' Horse?

You refuse to tell me and others your former identity.
Are you a regular member who has created a sockpuppet account so you can insult me without consequence?

Well Horse
Having been a fan of your P4P lists (not necessarily for their accuracy, but more for the fact that someone bothered to do it), I'm very disappointed in you.
I admired, to a point, your vociferous defence of your picks, which were sometimes a f**king mile off. Turns out you just like a keyboard ruck, and you probably chuck a few dodgy ones in there just to start the ball rolling.
There's probably some sort of syndrome for what you've got. Black is White syndrome or Argumentative C**t syndrome or something. Having worked in a few boozers, I've met plenty like you.
If you actually agree with some of the statements you've made, then you are a P4P c**t.
Sort yourself out, otherwise you won't have any keyboard friends.
Any questions or criticisms of this statement are welcomed.
