Ovill starts fast and his first punches are very hard; it will be a shootout for sure. When do they box?

Enzo is good enough to get to Ovill first, Francis showed that he can be taken out early

Liverpool this weekend, the most interesting fight on the bill. Enzo's chin retired a few years back, but his punch surely hasn't.
So there's a decent chance, if he's got it together, that he can stay clear of a few punches early, and land the type of finisher that could upset Orvil and leave him gazing up at the lights.

The bookies don't seem to have a specific odds compiler for boxing anymore and I know they read the forums and message boards to get a rough idea of how to price a fight up.

After reading this thread McKenzie will probably open up around a 4/6 shot where he would have been 7/4 ish if they had no info.
You know what, you are absolutely right! I've noticed this creep in over the last 18 months or so, they seem to really be following what epeople on the forums are saying now. We are basically giving them a free service, helping them avoid dropping massive bollocks, which they used to do much to our delight.

Enzo has a granite chin, the skills of Mayweather and punches like a heavyweight. Mckenzie is very poor : I reckon he should be about 10-1. :TU:

Disagree that he should have retired after the Haye fight but he should certainly have retired after both the Lebedev and Frenkel fights.
Whatever happened to Frenkel?

With Enzo's known chin problems it definately makes sense to match him against a massive puncher.

I really fancied this (inside 6 actually) but the more I look at the fight the more I'm not betting. Head says Ovil early but.....

Enzo must know (or if he doesn't his team would have told him) that if Ovil connects he will get KTFO BADLY. That's the truth about the fight if Evil Ovil hits him half flush its over. So knowing this Enzo must surely use his skills to try and pick Ovil off and pinch the rounds. I see it going one of two ways and I reckon there is as much chance of either happening. Enzo points or Ovil by sickening TCO. And on that basis I think I'll leave it alone.

I know what you mean and I do have slight reservations but I just see this being a shoot out. Maccarinelli is not the best at just boxing his way to a decision and I'm almost certain McKenzie will be gunning for him early on as he starts fights very quickly.

He's oddly not fought since the Maccarinelli win. I heard that he had become fed up with the sport and was taking an extended break. Seems an odd decision because that win catapulted him into peoples minds as a dangerous fighter and should have been the start of him moving towards a world title shot.

Fingers crossed for you pal. I might just have a cheeky punt on Ovil inside 2.

That'd probably be worth a small investment as I doubt McKenzie will be looking to outbox Enzo given Enzo's substantial height and reach advantages. Surely he'll be looking to test his chin early on.

Lack of motivation I reckon

Which is odd for someone of the brink of a title shot. I believe they call it Audleyitis

If Ovil comes out blazing Enzo might just be a rabbit in the headlights. But at the same time if Enzo can use his skills he could KO ovil with a counter. I cannot see it going the distance but stranger fights have i.e Enzos last fight.

Yeah but that was because the bell was rung 47 seconds early!

And because McPhilbin should be suplexing people off the top rope in WWF rather than boxing. We can all complain about that dodgy bell, I had Shane round 1 @ 150/1 so it hurt me very much, but Shane should have got him out of there when he saw how badly Enzo was hurt

I think all these people having reservations, yes maybe there are some resrvations, BUT Mcphilbin is fat, slow and never gona amount to much, but STILL had Maccarinelli out of there in Round 1. I don't expect Ovill to be so forgiving.

I don't think so, Enzo wasn't shot then. I think Oville willl have seen his last few fights and seen that Enzo's punch resisitance is practically zero. Unlike McPhilbin, Oville is a proper puncher with good fitness. I wouldn't be surprised to see Enzo taken out in the first couple of rounds
